RayOxide
Well I just thought this might be helpful to some people, etc. I personally bought a Morphic tool about 3 days ago and used it a day or two ago. Not much was good. Coal mined was the same XP. Yews chopped were the same XP. Harpooning sharks was even the same XP! But, today I turned it into a hammer and got 80xp from one MITH BAR. Thats 30xp per mith bar more (Apparently). Anyway the point is, what are your tests on items with Volatile and/or Morphic tools? :) EDIT: Just a list of (So far) Verified Information. If yours differs, it could be by level or by mistake - please, if it differs, post. 100 uses per charge in other words 1000 per tool. Volatile Woodcutting tool: Regular- 29xp(4 more than usual) Oak-44.5xp(7 more than usual) Willow-78xp(10.5 more than usual) Maple-115xp(15 more than usual) Yew-192xp(17 more than usual) Magic-269(19 more than usual) I tested multiple times and got the same amount each time. 1k plates without tool = 250k exp 1k plates with tool = 280k exp I hope they change this Ok so what I've figured out so far- For smithing this is the gp/xp ratio using the morphic tools and selling the end products at mid price in the ge (I use this because I can use to loan sgs, otherwise most items can be sold in ge over time besides steel plates I think) 6.25 gp/ex for mithril bars (selling (unf) mithril bolts at lowest) --Deleted platebodies as the calculations were extremely wrong. ive tested out volatile hammer with construction. it gives a bonus of 28xp when u construct...(which is quite negligible) --i used teak planks but i think the same bonus applies to all construction stuff steel bar = 37.5 xp per now it = 67.5 xp per Wow!! I just played the minigame for a few hours and it's really FUN!! I love it. 40.5 exp normally 61.75 exp with morphic fletch knife 65.75 exp with volatile fletch knife i was crafting blue d leather for 80 crafting and when i craft blue vambs the exp was 91 using morphic which is about 30% more but when i use it to craft blue d hide bodies the exp was only like 11% more but the amount of exp greater for both cases was around 24 i think...so it might be by exp boost rather than % boost...oh and apparently when i was smithing addy bars into bolts i was gaining close to 50% more exp per bar Regular Pick, Volatile Pick, Morphic Pick, Tin: 17.5, 19, 19 Copper: 17.5, 18, 17 Clay: 5, 6.5, 6.5 Iron: 35, 40, 40 Limestone: 26.5, 29, 29, Silver: 40, 45, 44 Coal: 50, 50, 50 Gold: 65, 65, 65 Granite 500g: 50, 57, 57 2kg: 60, 62, 62 5kg: 75, 82, 82 Mithril: 80, 87, 87 Admant: 95, 102, 102 Pure ess: 5, 10.5, 10.5 Rune, sorry, only 72 mining. (Someone?) Reg ess, You're on your own. (Simply too high to mine rune ess) Please note: Woodcutting axe is much slower than a Dragon Axe. (tryto) Mithril Platebodies do NOT sell on GE at MINIMUM. ("verified" by zaaps1 The bonus to the Teak Planks in Constructions wont be the same number for other planks. (me) I dont need a siggy no moar. Fatteh
But, today I turned it into a hammer and got 80xp from one MITH BAR. Thats 30xp per mith bar more (Apparently). It's 80.5xp per bar (bonus 30.5), have smithed 5.5k mithril bars with it. Thanks to InsanityV2 for the sig
Dexek
Well, I am currently crafting coifs with the morphic needle. It gives +14xp per coif (38 being regular and 52 being current). Once I switch to another skill I'll be sure to let you know. RayOxide
Yes 80.5 ty I just noticed when I posted that it went up 1xp extra every 2nd bar. At purepure, if you have the crafting level do you mind wasting a few hundred geepee to see a green dhide body? :) I dont need a siggy no moar. tintin113
I know it's not the exact topic you suggested nor whether this has been fixed yet or not, but lots of people I know, me included, have found that morphic helmets are transforming into range/mage legs instead of range/mage helms... I'm yet to try out the tools. Thanks to Quarra for the awesome sig!Xbox360 Gamertag = Tintin113

Indestria
I tried using willow logs on a volatile and morphic fletching knife, and here are the results: 40.5 exp normally 61.75 exp with morphic fletch knife 65.75 exp with volatile fletch knife Right now, i'm using all of my fletching knifes to get rid of these 8.5k willow logs for around 64 fletch(that was what i was going to get normally, but with the morphic fletch knifes, i should be able to get 66 or so). And also, don't bother using volatile tools: They may add a bit more exp, but after 100 uses, they turn into morphic tools. #-o
RayOxide
Almost proven: Volatile Tool is a serious epic fail. The only tested ones that work (well) are Needles, Hammers, and Knives (didnt work for me). Morphic Tool is pickable so if the others fail you can change it. :) Points arent hard to come accross either. I dont need a siggy no moar. RayOxide
Well a Morphic Tool from Stealing Creations is an epic tool which is supposed to give more xp to *whatever the item is* eg hammer, smithing, knife, fletching. Some of them dont work and need to be fixed. :wall: Butterfly net is untested any results btw? I dont need a siggy no moar.

Zaaps1
I did calculations based on what I've heard about Yew Longs, after factoring the extra time spend at SC, the Morphic Knife gives an extra 25k per hour. ~It's Super Effective! RayOxide
Nicely done, Zappy. :) And yeah, 3 Hit, its worth it. You can easily get 60k+ points in one game that pays for 3. (I think you can only get one Morphic Tool at a time though), it's also a real fun game. I dont need a siggy no moar.

RayOxide
^ That makes basically 80500xp by mith bars instead of the original 50000xp without the hammer And to get that many points it takes like 7 minutes! :D I dont need a siggy no moar.
