stuffing is number 1

rolls would be number 2 (i always eat about ten pounds of rolls/bread)

and then apple pie.

1. STUFFING. Jesus Chirst, I want to marry stuffing.

2. Yams with brown sugar and marshmallows baked on top of them.

3. My aunt's sourdough bread with spinach dip.

All three are orgasmic.

Never enjoyed Thanksgiving because I never liked the food. So...I guess nothing. :?

That guy just won the thread, with the deviled eggs anyway, which are awesome. So is the cranberry in a can.

I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER.

World 46 Regular

Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Before School Starts, and Mid-Summer are the only times my parents let me eat

Holy crap, you must be skinny

My favorites are the turkey, mashed potatoes (only time I get real mashed potatoes, my parents usually make the crappy boxed kind all other days of the year) and this really good corn-soup-kind of thing. It's like corn but all sugary or something, it sounds weird but it's so ADDICTING. It's almost like a dessert.

But I don't really like stuffing or cranberry sauce, just tastes terrible :?

I hate ThanksGiving, I asked them to work me at my job for 12 hours, but we're closed.

A Bottle of Wild Turkey

And a LOT of stuffing... Stuffing = sex in my mouth.

Stuffing w/ Cranberry Sauce

Pecan Pie

Sweet Potatoes w/ Marshmallows

Pumpkin Pie

Chocolate Pie (with a layer of fudge on the top; hard to explain)

I usually don't eat meat. Literally, I'll just put stuffing and cranberry sauce on my plate, along with sweet potatoes. After that, I eat a slice of pie or go back for a little more stuffing.

SWAG

Mayn U wanna be like me but U can't be me cuz U ain't got ma swagga on.

Pecan pie and gravy, hopefully not together.

honestly, the best thing about thanksgiving is the turkey sandwiches you get to eat afterwards.

I will use this thread rather than creating another one, and since this is quite relevant, I will try to ask this question without sounding like a complete idiot:

"What exactly is Thanksgiving?"

Although we don't celebrate it in Norway, I know that the tradition for being thankful for stuff in the autumn is practised a lot of placed in the world, but I have the idea that it's based on some kind of historic event in North America. Neither Google nor Wikipedia gave me any good answer. I tried asking an American lady in Cameroon. She told me you were celebrating independence from the British. I have reason to suspect she is mixing up some events.

Thanksgiving (in the US) is supposedly celebrating the first harvest that the Pilgrims spent in the New World. The Pilgrims came from England seeking religious freedom on The Mayflower. Story goes that they eventually befriended a Native American named something like Squanto and he taught them how to grow food and they hunted game and celebrated with the tribe. THEN THEY ALL DIED! MWAH HA HA! ... Actually a lot of them did eventually die, they got into a fight with the Native Americans and then a lot of them starved...

Anyway it's an excuse to eat a heck of a lot of food and you're supposed to be thankful for what you have.

I forgot about the relish tray... My family could have Thanksgiving with rolls and the relish tray and everyone would be happy... My cousins and my brother love bread and we also have an obsession with pickles/olives.

DEVILED EGGS FTW!

Stuffing. God damn I love stuffing.

Amen. I eat more stuffing then any other food combined on the Thanksgiving table. You should see the look my parents give me when I take one slice of cranberry, one slice of turkey, a few slices of ham, and the rest of the place covered in stuffing. ::'

By the way, I love the ham. Ham is good.

tip it would pay me $500.00 to keep my clothes ON :(
But then again, you fail to realize that 101% of the people in this universe hate you. Yes, humankind's hatred against you goes beyond mathematical possibilities.
That tears it. I'm starting an animal rebellion using my mind powers. Those PETA bastards will never see it coming until the porcupines are half way up their asses.

Apparently a lot of people say it. I own.

It's funny because in the UK nobody cares about thanksgiving; it's just another day.

...Also what the hell is Black Friday? Sounds like a day where people summon the devil :|

Thanks to Hawkxs for my signature :)

No idea why, but it's a day when stores in the US apparently have crazy sales. Opening really early and stuff. I don't know, I've never, experienced black Friday.

C2b6gs7.png

Black Friday= SCARY SCARY DAY. Last year, at a Wal-Mart like ten people got trampled when it opened when people ran in a mad rush for the door...

But yeah, tons of good sales and stores open really early.

Wiccannnsssss !!

Nah, I have no idea, probably called Black Friday, because people get up at the Black of night to stand in line for 10 hours and their item sells out before they get to it.

I found a food I LOVE.

I don't know the name, but it's sweet potatoe, cranberries, and apples with a souce on em, mixed up and served in a casserole dish. It's epic.

I'll try and google image it.
