Magnetism: Requires level 80 magic: uses 5 earth, 1 cosmic, and 1 law If successful, the opponent cannot remove any metal based head, chest, or legs item for 20 seconds. Static Cling: Requires level 85 magic: uses 5 wind, 1 cosmic, and 1 law If successful, the opponent cannot remove and cloth/leather based head, chest, or legs item for 20 seconds. Available in the normal spellbook. This would temporarily prevent meleers to simply switch to dragonhide/Karils for a short period of time, so you can take advantage of their magic weakness. Static cling would then prevent them from changing back, in case you want to melee them. After one is successfully used, they have a much higher chance of resisting the effects. And, I think having two spells would be good too, only allowing more time. Reduce these to 15 seconds and make higher level ones with 30 seconds. This would make mage come out on top a lot more in fights; being extremely vulnerable to magic and there is nothing you can do about it. Such would allow a large keg of "WIN!" for everyone. Heck, maybe Jagex could make a quest or two for unlocking the different versions of these spells, one for F2P and the other for P2P. 8-) ~Mr. Delta Varuna "No way this could go wrong."
