February 14, 200917 yr Bandos Plate if you count drops missed with Lootshare. Pre-CS mass trip, it was. 24m or so Dharok's Helm if you count Barrows drops. When I got it it was around 800k. Guthan's Spear if that doesn't count. At the time it was the most expensive. Or if you're counting plain monster drops, Black Masks. I painted some stuff and put it on tumblr

February 21, 200917 yr Probably a dragon med from fire giants. I have ---horrible--- luck with drops. But if it's any item randomly obtained from drops, clues, barrows, etc. it would be a robin hat from a clue. When you go feather dragon god, you never go back.
February 21, 200917 yr Dragon Full helm from a mithril dragon, on my first ever kill on the very same day they were released, I surely belong to the first five or so to get it. Even though demand was 100 times higher than the supply, I was forced to sell it for 25,5m after 3 hours of intensive selling. Just 30 minutes before Jagex decided to remove the safe spots to mage the dragons, resulting in the price skyrocketing to 80m. They did so just 30min too late or I would have been much richer, I was still incredibly lucky though!
