When I got it it was around 800k. Guthan's Spear if that doesn't count. At the time it was the most expensive. Or if you're counting plain monster drops, Black Masks. But if it's any item randomly obtained from drops, clues, barrows, etc. it would be a robin hat from a clue. When you go feather dragon god, you never go back. Even though demand was 100 times higher than the supply, I was forced to sell it for 25,5m after 3 hours of intensive selling. Just 30 minutes before Jagex decided to remove the safe spots to mage the dragons, resulting in the price skyrocketing to 80m.
