Black has the same problem. The Tip.it Theme is a perfect middle ground. Its only drawback is that the value of the gray is almost identical to the value of the red, which people seem to use a lot. It just has a perfect balance between colours and fits in so well with the site. It integrates the forums more with tip.it's content and just makes every flow together in one big community. I probably sound insane but it is just how I feel. The other themes don't even fit with tip.it's main site.
