Hello and welcome to the Bandos Statues guide created by me, Baalboy5.

 

Here I will cover what the Statues are, where they are, how to get to them and why you would like them for their MONEY/HOUR method.

 

 

 

 

(Ignore the hides, as I tried to test if you could safespot them and you cannot.)

 

 

 

Starters, what to wear? Here is what I wear at the Bandos Throne.

 

 

Feel free to just use rune, but bring food if you don't own a Bunyip.

 

 

 

Reccomended Stats.

The Chosen Commander

 

 

 

Attack 70+

 

Strenght 70+

 

Defense 70+

 

 

 

Dragon Dhally is to spec the Orge, you can also bring a dds, it doesn't matter much, you do want a spec wep and thats all that matters.

 

[hide=Range Method(This is only the Ogre and the Ourg]When you are ranging, you are going to be wanting to wear your best Range-Based gear along with defense. I reccomend bring a shield or prayer potions, as I will explian.

 

 

 

Range reqs.

 

60+ Range( you want to be able to kill the Ourg then the Ogre in a pattern that when one dies, the other spawns).

 

60+ Defense(Even though you will be SAFESPOTING, you have to start the statue, meaning you WILL GET HIT once, or depending on how long it takes you to get into the safespot.

 

43+ Prayer. ( You can then pray switch to melee and run to spot, using about 1-2 prayer points in the process).

 

 

 

The Safespots

 

Ourg

 

There is only one safespot.

 

 

A added note, I only killed 5 of them for the guide and got 2 Granite Mace[1][2]

 

 

 

Ogre

 

 

A quick note would be that you can ONLY safespot these 2, as they are the only ones that are 2x2.

 

 

 

 

 

Along with RANGING them, you can also use the Dragon Halberd, as soon here.

With a bunyip, you will need No Food.

 

If you have no bunyip, I reccomend using guthans, use the guthans on the Goblin Statue ONLY! As many can 1-hit them along with a 30hp(?) restore.

 

 

 

How to get there.

 

There are two options

 

One is to purchase a teleport sphere from Oldak, which cost 2 laws and a molten glass.

 

2nd is to use the fiary ring code BLQ and enter the box.

 

 

 

What Monsters there are.

 

 

 

There are 4 monsters, 3 which you will be killing, the Statue Goblin, Ogre, and Ork.

Now what do they drop that is worth looting?

 

A must is a Chisel.

 

Diamonds

 

Diamond bolt tips

 

 

 

Ruby

 

Ruby bolt tips

 

 

 

Emerald

 

Emerald bolt tips

 

 

 

Sapphire

 

Sapphire bolt tips

 

 

 

Along with Gems, they drop Earth Staffs(in form of Mystic and Battle, along with Reguler) These you will alch.

 

Alch of Earth Bstaff=9300gp.

 

Alch of Earth Mystic Staff=25500gp.

 

 

 

Along with those, they drop Earth and Dust runes, I suggest picking them up, as they are runes that can stack.

 

 

 

Special Drops include the Granite Mace and the Dragon Spear and Dragon Med

 

 

 

 

 

Now to the killing.

 

You will most likely camp at the triangle of statues.

 

 

The smallest is the Goblin, the one I'm attacking is the Ork, the one to the left is the Ogre.

 

 

If you keep them in a pattern of Goblin->Ork->Ogre, the Goblin would respawn as the Ogre died, as the Ork would respawn as the Goblin died and the Ogre would respawn as the Ork died.

 

 

 

 

 

Fun Facts

 

If you kill the Ogre and Ork only, you could get up to 50k/hr xp. Be aware though that this might be less as you might have to chisel gems/alch. Killing some time. Both statues are easily 3-5 hitable.

 

 

 

To add in a little detail.

 

Ge price is

 

26k(click for update)

 

High Alch price is: 24k

 

 

 

WHAT I wanna say, is that if the ge price is under 24k(which sometimes it is) you can just alch it, saving space and prolonging your trip ^_^

 

 

 

Sapphire tips are JUNK

 

Now on to the facts that it is 150k a hour would be a simple trip I had(I will post more trips if wanted.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

IF YOU go to this spot after the craze for the mace is over, its a viable location to consider, as it is constant and competly safe.

Nice guide, but maybe add that you could use fairy rings to go the blq (I think) then open the chest or w/e to get in bandos room.

 

 

 

Also theres a spot to safespot the big one (Lv 200) but you don't talk about that one so forget it.

First thign already in there. 2nd thing, yeah LV 200 fails. It mainly there for people who trian agility to mis-click and accidently startle a lv200 monster. :wall:

Why is the whole guide in a single quote? It's sort of annoying if the quote doesn't serve a purpose :|

 

 

 

I've camped at the lvl 200, I'll give killing the weaker ones a shot when the crowds die down.

A good start, I guess.

 

 

 

One thing, a Dragon Mace is a much better spec weapon, because of what I've heard, the monsters are weak to crush.

150k/hour is really awful, what is the experience like there?

Wow, pretty nice guide, try adding, guthans for those who dont have 68 summoning, also, add xp rates per hour and such.

That's really good. It's always nice to get bigger and better training locations. As for me, I'll still stick with slayer as a member, but I'll be recommending this spot to a few good friends who always seem to interrogate me on training methods.

Interesting, 150 k per hour isnt that good ( i can get 250 k at grey chins) but the guide itself is well done. 9/10 because of no exp/hr rate.

Yes, but currently Granite maces are selling for 100k Street, When I posted the picture it was around 250k each any who Granite Maces will even out at 75k. I'd say 150k to 200k Per hour would be a better estimate ;)

So is it worth killing the Lvl 200 for drops? Or just the small ones?

Nice guide, although your title is 250k an hour, unless your getting great drops most of the time there is no way you'll get 250k an hour, probs should change that >.>

Gonna answer this to bump the topic.

 

You can kill the 2 I mentioned in the guide, or all 3, as the time you kill the 3rd the 1st would've respawned.

 

That or range/hally the lv 200.

 

 

 

You can use void, the only real threat is the level 200, and thats only if you want to melee it and dont pray.
