How often do you read to the end?

Featured Replies

I was just browsing the forums when I thought.....topics of a thread often change as people post within them so you can start on one thing and by the last page it's somthing else.

What I want to know is how often do you read to the end? or do you just post after seeing the first post?

just a thought ::'

If it is an intresting topic with less than 10 pages, i usually read it to the end ;)

But it all depends on the subject and the reactions, if it is allways the same i may stop reading after page 2...

Ill read until I get the gist, if its interesting I'll continute reading, if not, ill spam it with pointless uninformed posts <3:

Why the hell would you add that quote to your first post? It makes no sense. Use the signature spot for that. And I read the first post, and the rest of the topic if I think it is important, and I always read the last page.

On topic: I generally read through the whole thread before posting, even if it's twenty pages. I don't want to repeat what's already been said 20 times.

blue = sad

hoo = who

loo = 100

vo = broken ice cream cone = sad children = sad babies = dead babies

bluehooloovo = sadwho100deadbabies = Who is sad about 100 dead babies?

I've cracked the code!

If it's on a subject I'm interested in I'll read it to see other people's opinions on it.

I will if it's only a couple pages (like this one!) If it's like 5 or more pages, no I don't read to the end. I still make my comment if it's a really long thread, but I'll usually say that I didn't read to the end because it was so long.

if its a started topic with just 1 page all of it, if its multiple pages I will read the topic a couple replys from people I think are cool on the first page and then the last page.

well... i always read the first page and the last.. i know im horrible ...

i hate when people quote someone who also quoted and the chain goes on... especially in "Post all RS Screenshots, etc."-thread it takes longer to load the page, cause ppl quote the pic and comment it.. i always ignore those posts..

yeah I think when people quote someone they want a free post count, and usualy doesn't contribute to the topic so I dont read those usually as well when reading through topics.

if more than 5 pages no.

(off-subject) about your quote thing about dying 8 times and being a cat:

in all, i think total ive died 9 times.

It's because they want to make a comment on whatever is posted, lol.

3 images down and they won't know you're talking to them unless you quote it :thumbup: .

Depends how many pages there are. 1-5 I'll read it all. anything above and I'll just read the last 3-4 pages.

I never read to the end of a quest guide before I do a quest.

:shame:

Yes, I know. I normally read at least the first and last pages minimum.

Depends on the content of the post really. If it catches my interest I'll read the whole thing and sometimes even reply. Otherwise Ill find a post thats a better read.

if it is intresting I might read to the end...if the thread doesn't have more than 15 pages, or I might randomly flip through the pages and read only 5-10 pages

I read only the first post of this thread, I think that pretty much answers it. However if it's an interesting topic I sometimes read it even to the end. :)

I usually read the first page unless there are millions of paragraphs.
