I'm not an expert on runescape game engine, but didn't they say a while back it is not capable of doing that? It's as same as sailing, the boat would not move (like Fishing Trawler), so doesn't the same principle apply to horses too? :)

I liked the "Panorama in Edgeville " picture, makes you realize the world would look much different with first-person camera (so you can see ahead) than from above. :)

I really like the Varrock Herald idea though. I, too, like that idea, though I'm not opposed to Twitter hints either. They normally come out in enough time you can find them here or the RSOF threads before they happen (and get translation help) ahead of time, anyway. +1 The update is most likely way points. I don't personally need them, however I can see how some players might use them.

As a software developer I find it as confusing. :? Maybe some parts of the game use modules whom need fast access to the actual names (not id's), because if only the id's are stored it makes 2 requests. One to the corresponding module and one to a different module for the actual username. :? Anyway, I like this update, I will change my name as soon as it's possible. Good job, Jagex! :

Oh god, cry some more. Get with the times, this system is the next generation of account security, and even credit card companies are working on similar systems to protect against identity theft. The "if you lose your account, [bleep] you" ideal is why the only direction you'd run a company, would be into the ground. As insane as it is, the idea of poetic justice for people who get their account stolen isn't good for business, which Jagex is, and should be, primarily focused on; keeping customers, paying or not. I'd like to see these people in real life. "If your car gets stolen it's your fault for it being hot-wireable" "If you get shot it's your fault for standing on front of the bullet. Why should the police have to protect your dumb [wagon]?" Yea, because a couple extra spaces as their guarantee your account will never be hacked = Jadflax Reel Werld Treding. Did you see their post about back-end system upgrades? Clearly this is a sign that SAILING WILL BE THE NEXT SKILL. And BOUNTY HUNTER'S GETTING REMOVED. And some other half-baked lame, irrelevant conclusion I can come up with to complain some more! I agree with you, there is nothing wrong with running a business. Probably will buy it, if the shipping costs to my country will be reasonable, which I doubt. But good idea, nevertheless. :|

Hmmm... I have actually thought about it :) . I agree that there should be different method , but I disagree with your timer idea. I would rather like for a day to count down only if you were actually logged in and playing on that day, no matter the playing time. So if you skip a day, you can return to it later : .

It's a pretty cool game, resembles Heroes of Might and Magic. :D

All Skillcapes are above the quest cape, but that doesn't mean the quest cape is worthless, it takes much time and effort too.
