I believe partyhats are on a permanent rise now I don't think anyone will sell theirs from now becaues its a way to be something in RS without having to waste your money && time leveling buyable skills and it will always be going up so its a way to make $ if you're lucky enough to get1 , I really dont think it will ever crash again , its suprising they manage to go up because 3rd can't even crash because no one will want it it is junk like how it was 30M for full 3rd meelee for it before the GEcame out. thats my3 cents Now I have retired I. have membership till the20th though ill be on till then

April 7, 200917 yr Author When partyhats first rose before the current rise I paniced and traded my extra meelee plate for partyhats (I got ripped) also here is the trade I did which started my partyhat set journy,by selling my xmas cracker (which i'm very happy I found a buyer for because crackers are pointless)
