April 8, 200917 yr My runescape avatar is scarred for life, pretty sure. Another holiday, another set of bawwwing over the item. Edit: So does this mean we can expect Easter Bunny Jr. to host the events from now on?

April 8, 200917 yr Uhh, lame, typical and unoriginal. Can't we do something like killing ninja rabbits that decided to rebel against the whole easter concept. ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢

April 8, 200917 yr Wonder why they didn't make a short quest for us to do but made Easter the worst semi-useful update of the year (so far).
April 8, 200917 yr Now someone will make a video of "I killed TzTok-Jad with Large Carrot!" Well you can't hit anything other than a 0 with it so I doubt it. :wall:

April 8, 200917 yr I had very low expectations and was still disappointed. The event itself has almost zero creativity - it's almost a direct rip of the elf Christmas events where you fix their broken gadgets, match up a few items, and you're done. The dialogue is nothing to celebrate, and the reward is weak even by holiday standards. The upside is it didn't waste much of my time. I hope Jagex hadn't wasted too many resources in development.

I think that they didn't have an event planned, but a couple of developers over there went on a meth binge over the weekend and stayed up for 48 hours creating it. April 8, 200917 yr Oh my... terrible event!! You have to do everything exactly according to plan and it's not stated what you have to do next. After feeding the bird i was completely lost oh where junior went - apparently he was standing next to me! Now i'm on the part of catching the implings. I've found all five, but it took me almost an HOUR to figure out i have to put them in the egg paining machine! =/ Nobody told me.. (Ok, apparently there's a quest log - i forgot) Anyway - the reward is lousy too. A non-orange carrot that does exactly the same as our previous easter rewards? NTY.. We don't need any weapons. I'd love to see event pants, shoes, gloves, rings or amulets. Or something entirely different(? - i'm thinking of previous winter event..) Found a bug: Normally you can't trade other persons in the event dungeon (the option is gone) - somehow when i relogged, i can trade anyone again! ^^ --- Since januari/februari 2001 ---The Grand Exchange Search Extension

I agree with the theory that this was a rush job. The event was a pallette swipe of a Christmas event, and the carrot is a clone of the rubber chicken. Very little creativity there, and I actually enjoyed the previous events. Oh well, there's still six months until the Halloween event.

I dropped the carrot by the time I got to Mortifier, never to see it again most likely. This website and its contents are copyright © 1999 - 2010 Jagex Ltd.
