Isn't it strange that while the dragon pl8 legs cost like 600k but the skirt cost only around 160-180k, they offer exactly the same stats and only differ by their outlook? Why is that so? I wonder if female characters are being discriminated or what?

People prefure legs and skirt weighs 1 less.

It's basically because most players are of the mentality that if they wear a skirt it isn't manly and makes their character look less cool. They are both the same, except for the skirt weighing less.

 

 

 

It has nothing to do with discrimination, it's just because adolescent boys are immature and really think that it matters whether or not they wear platelegs as opposed to a skirt.

Because Legs look so much better then the skirt, but the breeze is nice ;) . For most people its Looks > Stats. Thats a reason some people use Bandos over Barrows, it looks cooler. And the prayer isn't half bad.

i use skirt and i m a man, i prefere to use the extra money for something else . Only inmature children may think skirt is worse.

Actually 3-2 monk robes, prossy and iniate legs/skirt. Skirts win.

Look at how all the leveled out players are using bandos. It's a skirtier skirt than d skirt, yet nobody associates these with 'girls'.

I always pick d skirt over d legs. There is no stat difference which justifies the cost difference and tbh who cares about the little frill at the bottom?

Honestly only reason that the legs are higher priced is because their more in demand than the skirt. Personally im a male character and before i started wearing barrows armor i used the torso+d skirt combo and it worked perfectly fine for me.

Instead of calling it a Dragon Skirt, let's call it a Dragon Kilt. That way, no one will be "ashamed" to wear it. I myself am wearing a Verac's "Kilt".

Excactly what I'm saying.

I think the reason for d legs to be so expensive is that many people think it looks better on male character than a skirt. Or people want to show of their wealth? I dunno, I bought d legs before I realized that d skirt was so much cheaper but I think I would have been bought the legs anyway. It's just a matter of opinion.

To be honest, a dragon skirt doesn't look very good at a male character, but it does look good at a female character. Well, I just went to the make-over mage, problem solved :lol:
