Gonna be alching 1k yews (should only be an hour right? maybe two)

 

 

 

So i was wondering.. is there anything I should be doing meanwhile?

 

I'm not farming cause like... i farm when i slay and cant be bothered to do runs now

 

I so far am thinking of using Macaws to gather me some herbies in the meantime, how many should i need for 1.3k longs?

 

Is there anything else i could be doing, esp regarding summoning?

If you've done the lunar quest, you can go on the ship and go to where there are two barrels of tar ( I think that they are one floor down to the right). You should make a profit taking them while you alch because they stack and sometimes the barrels have more than 1 tar in them.

Being at the edge of the ge in a PvP world watching the fights is always fun. Although i don't know how many fighter there's going to be since the PvP update. Although i guess you could also watch fights at the edge of the ditch in a BH world.

 

 

 

Although be sure to turn off trade if you do go to a PvP world.

You could try fishing or wcing while alching.

Go camp by the Runite rocks in the Heroes Guild and pm me when they spawn.

 

 

 

Just kidding, but seriously 1k alchs won't take more than an hour or so. Just go to the Duel Arena or Edgeville like a few others have said and watch the fights. You can even watch a movie or somethin and click away, just check out of the corner of your eye for random events.

I've tried firemaking and no matter how fast you are you always have to relight so its definatly not a viable option. Bolts may be an option but farming runs are a must.

farming on a patch while alching is also nice, nothing dies ;)

Remember to wear ava's accumulator or attractor for some free arrows.

 

Just do your rounds either farming or resource collecting (berts sand, seers flax, battle staffs, seaweed and pineapples and so on)

Watch TV ;)

Hehe I can think of a few, mainly movies, T.V. and if you like reading, read the paper (well thats what I do when wcing :thumbsup:). Also, reading these forums is really good. Just look around in general discussion and you will find something interesting. Fan fiction is also good.

Sit in the law altar on w99. If you are lucky some runners might come for free rc xp.

Alch while killing spiritual mages. \ May get a few boots if you're lucky, although you don't have many alchs so there may not be much point going to the GWD. You can alch while runecrafting without slowing your runecrafting down too if you're good.

 

 

 

Make sure you wear an accumulator and summon a fruit bat too.

Do you have a laptop/wireless keyboard? Turn on mousekeys, and watch a movie.

[Edit] Just tested it, if you have a laptop you can press the click buttons rapidly with your toes, so you could play a console game too. :XD:

I collected tar, or mined addy (slow to spawn, just grab a pick and wait at some rocks close to a bank) while I alced. If you don't feel like doing farming, you could always cut waaay back on the time required and just plants the herbs/flowers.
