August 13, 200916 yr I really find it hard to put a good number on it.... I've had back to back spears before, and I've had 40+ dry streaks. Really its just luck, but if I had to put a number on it, I'd say somewhere around 1:18 or so. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.
August 13, 200916 yr "dry" run totals can be misleading, because I got two Dragon med helms back-to-back, one with a Dharok's helm, and Dharok platelegs less than 15 runs in between. Is that normal? August 14, 200916 yr Well I consider myself lucky in barrows, only 4 times have I not gotten 2 drops within 8 runs of each other (Never had a double drop though) I've had 28 drops overall, longest dry streak is 78 (murdered my average worse than rwt rules murdered stakers). August 14, 200916 yr A couple of my friends said the probability of a barrows reward is 1/10, which is 1 in every 10 trips OR 10%. I think it's a little too high, and may be a lower probability. August 14, 200916 yr 15 dry- t hammers- 33 dry - back to back guth bodies - 63 dry and counting as you can see some people are lucky, other are unfortunately not.

August 14, 200916 yr The probability of rewards is 100%. But armor is varied. I got my first piece after 18 runs. The second on 23, and the same piece on 25. Then later I had back-to-back drops and later still a 50+ dry streak. I've stopped keeping logs now. I use the time I save to do more runs. I've never seen Sixth Sense nor Inception nor many other popular movies and I intend to keep it that way.
August 14, 200916 yr I believe the armor piece chest rate was set at about 1/18, but don't expect an item every 18 chests, as said before. Droprates usually only get accurate after many, many, MANY kills/chests/whatever. Chuck Norris doesn't ever need a compass; he randomly points somewhere and north goes there in order not to anger him.

August 14, 200916 yr I got a brassy last night so that was nice. You dont really lose money at barrows though. My past 7 or 8 magic levels have been from barrows and all i spent on runes was the initial 200 deaths for slayer dart. The ammount of chaos and bloods you get more then pay for your prayer pots and food.

Think about it...that's 942 brothers killed without anything for it except runes, coins, and bolt racks. I'd be mad as heck. August 15, 200916 yr I've had terrible luck with barrows (70+ dry streak twice...), so I just expect 1 item per 100 runs and I'm usually pleased with the results XD 1:15 might be a good ratio for some people, but I've NEVER been that lucky. I dont think I've ever gotten 2 items within 15 runs of each other.
