August 25, 200916 yr Congrats everyone, well deserved and I'm sure you'll all do a fantastic job as you have been doing thus far :thumbup: The 2007 trainee applications started in Late August with the date for closing 5th September IIRC. It wasn't until late November when I found out I had been picked then Late December before I had become a trainee, then late January I was made a full mod, so it was about 5 months after my Application when I became a full moderator. It's been just under three months for these lot, a much faster turn around which is always a good thing.
