If this was the case on non-promotional weekends, that would change the whole game. almost double to xp rates for crafting at a cheaper price, but then that would mean bonds would go up most likely if they were this good. So bonds would become much more common place in game and also be sought after much more, Jagex would sell more, giving the company more money and a new dynamic is added to buyable skills.
