Before it was nerfed you could be clicking 5+ times per second fletching with darts/bolts. Alternately, you can click a few times every minute or so if you're just cutting logs into bows. Combat training... you can be killing monsters rapidly, all the while calling your familiar, using its scroll, then going to attack different monsters, keeping your cannon loaded at the same time... or click one time every 30 seconds. Prayer, construction and firemaking are generally pretty click-intensive no matter what - probably more so than mining unless you're doing that hardcore granite/sandstone method. Like 20 clicks a day. Yeah I would have to agree, I was going for 99 hunter, but I had no clue how attentive you had to be wile training it, so I gave up for now.
