I'm waiting for SED displays to be available. It's this new technology that costs the same as LCD displays, but has way better image quality, excellent viewing angle, response time less than 1 milisecond (LCD response time is 15ms or something at best) better contrast ratio (black is really black) and it consumes about 1/3 less electricity. :)

I agree it's much more useful and cost effective to just use a beamer, but this is sure one of the coolest TV's ever if not the coolest. :) The bad news is that this little toy weighs over 4000 pounds...

I think the picture makes it look bigger than it is because all those women are really short. Picture a really lanky anglo guy standin next to it. His head would be near the top of the TV. It's still a huge TV, and I still want one, but it's not as big as it looks.

The only thing LG makes is electronics.. take my LCD monitor for example, or their cell phones.. sheesh
