In W138 it's Lunar Isle, the clue was pretty obvious (relating to Moonclan)

 

Now that I can choose my reward, triple charms or ingredients? 95 summoning.

From patch notes:

"minigames:

You can no longer use the horn from Barbarian Assault while you're a monkey. "

 

Why? <_<

They have changed it to:

"Graphical

You can no longer use the horn-playing emote for the Penance horns while you're a monkey. "

I got 9 water talismans and 20 larupia furs, 105k in value. Not worth it to take item reward.

 

Best way to use charm boost reward would be having a waterfiend task and doing bork quickly before starting the task (preferably in ct).

I got 9 water talismans and 20 larupia furs, 105k in value. Not worth it to take item reward.

 

Best way to use charm boost reward would be having a waterfiend task and doing bork quickly before starting the task (preferably in ct).

 

What was the location & location hint?

Hint was 'He's off relaxing', location was zanaris.

you have to ask pikkupstix to "concentrate" to get a better hint

pikkupstix told me he was "off relaxing" at first, but I asked him again and he focused and mentioned something about talking sheep

That's why speculation is pointless, you're gonna be dissapointed 90% of the time.

 

OT: Gonna check out if the minigame is actually fun before I'm having an opinion. Always weird how people only comment on the rewards, while I usually play games for fun...

When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done.

Off relaxing means it's between waves, so the sheep hint would be the one, I'll wait until the precise hint is posted, thanks :)

"It's quite a magical place, too bad for the talking sheep"

Reward from box and 58 shards: 4 Dagganoth hides and 19 potato cactus

The following small fixes and adjustments have now been made to the game. If you spot any further bugs in-game, please use the Bug Report feature ('Submit a Bug Report' under the 'Help' drop-down menu of the website).

 

Graphical

 

 

* You can no longer use the horn-playing emote for the Penance horns while you're a monkey.

* Adjusted the Freeze and Dramatic Point emotes and cow milking animations.

* Fixed a modelling problem with the candlesticks used in Draynor Manor.

* Corrected the timing when cooking chompy bird meat on a spit.

* Fixed a problem with chairs and sitting down in your POH.

* Fixed a graphical glitch when playing with Eek the Spider while wearing certain gloves.

* Fixed a buggy animation when holding a battlestaff.

* Concentrated ore deposits could render over players who were mining them.

* Some NPCs in Tai Bwo Wannai Village weren't animating when they walked.

* Hand-shaped cursor was misaligned.

* Ladders near the Clocktower had tops that didn't match their bottoms.

* Santa skirt no longer sticks to crossbows.

* Items placed on tables in the Blue Moon Inn and Explorer Jack's house would float.

 

 

 

Audio

 

 

* The shuffle code of music playlists has been edited.

* Added more ambient sounds and increased the volume slightly in Tai Bwo Wannai.

 

 

 

Quests

 

 

* Fixed a problem where the Quest List was temporarily disappearing.

* When digging in Draynor Manor during the first Fairy Tale quest you'll no longer walk into a tree.

* Updated the code during the Temple of Ikov quest that deals with fire warriors.

* Adjusted some of the location models when you're crawling around during the While Guthix Sleeps quest.

 

 

 

Minigames

 

 

* Improved the code recognising food in the Temple Trekking minigame.

 

 

 

Miscellaneous

 

 

* No walking on lava!

* Fixed a few typos and grammatical issues.

* Gypsy Aris’s chat has been corrected so she doesn't keep waffling on.

* Clicking the same item twice no longer cancels whatever you were doing at the time.

* Optimised some of the core chat code to run faster.

* Thieving messages for Martin the Master Gardener now make more sense.

* Strykewyrms are no longer interrupted by random events.

* Boosted Prayer Points are no longer reset by wearing the full Penance armour set.

* The detail options menu no longer offers textures if ground blending is disabled in Standard Detail.

* Optimised the code of the Burthorpe drill sergeant.

* Players could get stuck in Draynor Manor by entering a closet and discarding the key.

* The quest requirements for the Berserker curse were missing from the in-game skill guide.

* Rockslide moved out of the way of the ice gate north of Trollheim.

* Shantay's guards used Shantay's chathead when they talked.

* A woman in Roddeck's house had a Talk-to option that didn't work.

* The Home Teleport spell is now interrupted by alchemy spells.

This was a complete waste of Jagex' time. A distraction and diversion should do what is exclaims, distract and divert. Instead, this update makes you think "Do I want to waste 20 minutes finding the D&D location, more time completing the event, more time gearing up to fight for charms, then hopping worlds when the world is too full, and then finally being able to kill the monster with only 30 minutes left of my time." Yes that is a big distraction, so much that it wastes your time rather than being worthwhile.

 

It would be a worthwhile update if it was available once a day, instead of once a week. And instead of 40 minutes in-game-time, it does what barrows does and subtract only fight time so that you don't feel like you are being rushed to pull off the event.

Doors talking= Stronghold of security?

 

Ever flagging war= GWD?

 

Speculation though

 

Possibilitys I hopped to find more hints, I didn't really check those out :P

the clue i got was "blood and sand" on world 48 then i asked him again said he was off relaxing. hmmmm

 

I'll explain this, he gives the hint when the obelisk is active (when it's sparkling) when it's not you can't enter the spirit realm, and it's event over until the next hint or.. "he's off relaxing"
