Erm why?

 

As shown in earlier screen shots you can place all but 1 pair of stones, its only placing the last pair of stones that causes you to get "only 1 a week" message

Meaning you only need 2 bank spaces, assuming you collect them all before the week its out,

Does anyone know when exactly this week is over? 7days after the update or like tears of guthix, 7 days after last time you finished the statue?

Jagex explicitly stated that only certain courses gave the stone. The Ape Atoll course was not included in this list.

Second question the first guys answer is misleading. There is the REAL statue and the REPLICA statue. Only the replica can be built in your PoH the real one can only ever be built at varrock.

Y'know I'm really glad that they made it like this... I think it's great to keep it a longterm activity and not something people can just grind through in one week. I think it'll give a good reward at the end to those who complete it. Only we have to wait 30 weeks to find out what that great reward is :P

I beg to differ.

 

Skimming over posts it seems replicas do need twins. Guess there was a bug early on and first few people got lucky.

 

But equally I'd say I highly doubt they are going to give you replica parts out of order. I'd guess week 2 you'll get the twin to week 1. Then week 3 and week 4 will pair etc.

As I posted earlier.

 

You can build the entire statue again except the last pair.

 

Trying to place the last pair makes them say 1 explosion per week is quite enough.

Ah ... I've missed that >.>

It saves bank space tho :D

Does dropping and binding the runes work better ? (in other words drop 20 pick 1 bind, pick another bind...)
