=0 Two doses of prayer per 6 brothers? I want to know your Setup!

K, one mystery solved. Whats your method though? Prayer for dhorak and Verac, melee for torag and guthan, prayer for karil, blackhide for ahrim?

I recharge prayer b4 every trip, then pray + mage on karil and dharok, mage in torag on guthan and torag, range on ahrims and safe-spot on verag. Whoever is in the tunnel changes my strategy slightly, if its Dharok then I use safe spot on him and use my prayer on verag, if its karil I use a prayer pot and everyone else I just own ;)

I've made over 90 barrow trips now , and i was wondering to get a new tactik , the following:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

- Using a cannon , so i don't have to use pray pots and magic spells.

 

 

 

I ame only ranged 60 , so what would be stronger ?

 

 

 

a cannon with 60 ranged or magic dart with p pots with 77 magic ?

 

 

 

also what is cheaper and kill's faster

I wouldn't... Karil is easier to kill with mage than melee now so your best choice is to mage everyone but Ahrim (range him).

A really effective Barrows Inventory, but its very costly :S. Here's how it went (roughly):

 

 

 

-Used Mystic Robes

 

 

 

-Got Ahrims top

 

 

 

-Bought rest of Ahrims

 

 

 

-Got Torag legs, used in tunnels

 

 

 

-Sold Torag legs

 

 

 

-Bought karil x-bow, used on ahrim

kk... so eventually, after modifying my barrows outfit like a dozen or so times, I winded up with this, the most effective one yet :). I cant imagine a more effective one... but who knows? Next I'll be bringing guthans to barrows lol.

 

 

 

 

 

 

No whip :oops:... I remember owning one for like 10 minutes, when they were like 4.5 M, but I sold it for a 100k profit at the duel arena :P. Haven't had the time to go buy another, and I am quite sure the prices will continue to fall, so not yet... :P. instead, I use the 60k alternative, dds.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I restock at general store, hence the noted prayer pots (4 dose) and lobsters. When I get a barrows item (happening too often these past 3 days) I go and bank. No teleport runes because... I dont need 'em. =.= and its 2 wasted inventory spaces.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This barrows inventory is basically fully self-sufficient, and I never need to go buy runes or bolt racks, since I get them from the chest, and wind up with more than I had before. I used to bring only 2 prayer pots, and did 1 barrows run per 1 trip, but then I brought 3 and did 2 barrows runs per 1 trip. Now, I bring 4 prayer pots and can manage up to 3 or sometimes (if I am lucky) 4 barrows runs per 1 trip. I mage dharok, verac, and karil with my full ahrims gear and prayers. Then, I go range ahrim with my karils and farseer helm (no prayer, if I have extra food). After, I go and mage torag and guthan, wearing the torags armor (they really cant hit through it... its quite pitiful :S). Ring of life is self-explanatory, since wealth doesn't work and with it equipped, the chance of me dying in the tunnels not due to a barrows brother is greatly decreased (only possible way is if skeleton hits a 10 through my barrows armor when I have exactly 10 hp, so you calc the odds :P). other than that, its basically useless (dharok hit me a 53 once... scared heck outta me).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Goals from barrows:

 

 

 

-Get enough runes for 99 mage

 

 

 

-Get all barrows sets with their weapons (only 5 more items till this: guthan spear, guthan helm, dharok full without axe)

 

 

 

-Get rich :P.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I advise this method to basically anyone in the level 95's or higher. Ask me personally if you have questions, or if you wish to buy some ahrim skirts/dragon med helms.

You don't need the torag. You'll do fine with just ahrim and a d-scimmy.

torag helm my first trip and never went back. lol

If I actually went to barrows...HA thats a laugh. I have gotten millions at barrows using my way, not by looking at what other people use :roll: You shouldn't claim things with no support :roll:

when i used prayer pots i ended up -5 prayer pots and quite in a jam a number of times ( of course i forgot to bring a bow and a decet melee' weapon )

best spell would be ice blitz/burst i use burst cuz i dont really wanna buy bloods but i use 1/2 pray pot each trip with ancients :)

First of all, unless I see a pic, he is totally bsing that...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Second, I'm about to get 85 mage, maybe 87+ if I work hard. Would I have much trouble/lose money if I switch my Ahrims Top and Bottom for a Verac Skirt and Bras (save inv. space, prayer bonus). The slower kills would make me use more runes, but will the Prayer bonus compensate at my levels? (my levels are in my sig btw).
