March 11, 201016 yr You know, those tedious drops of 50 gp. I don't because I am lazy, although sometimes I wish I did, because it probably would have added up to 1m+ lol http://i612.photobucket.com/albums/tt206/samtheninja/Tags/FEARLESStag.jpg http://i787.photobucket.com/albums/yy156/song4thedeaf/stuff.png what i'm doing now: https://linktr.ee/student1
March 11, 201016 yr You know, those tedious drops of 50 gp. I don't because I am lazy, although sometimes I wish I did, because it probably would have added up to 1m+ lol Not worth it, even if it eventually added upto 20m+...
March 11, 201016 yr I do, it stacks to one space and eventually adds up. I don't see it as a waste of time, only 2 seconds of time for 200 or so coins. ~~~The Harpy List~~~Harpy Facts~~~It's Super Effective~~~The Beginning~~~Harpy Therapy Center~~~Alg~~~Jedi Harpy~~~Rohirrim~~~Attenuation~~~
March 11, 201016 yr It depends on the slayer task I'm doing. Black demons, yes. Greaters, no. Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Oscar Wilde
March 11, 201016 yr Nope. It's definitely worth it for lower levels, but once someone's reached the ~5m or ~10m mark they probably can make enough in an hour to nullify the efficiency of it. But I do it sometimes on slayer tasks if I've alched stuff and the monster drops coins in the >=200gp range.
March 11, 201016 yr Always pick them up. They only take up one inventory space and barely any time to pick up. Besides if I was truly fussed about efficiency I'd be better off worrying about the time spent around the GE waiting for my offers to go through. March 11, 201016 yr I don't, for the same reason I don't pick up gold and green charms. With the small amount of attention I pay while training slayer, it just isn't it worth it to try to pick up insignificant drops.
March 11, 201016 yr It depends. If I they are coming in drops of 25 coins at a time then I will typically just leave them. But if they are drops of 500-700 then I will pick up for sure. :)
March 11, 201016 yr Absolutely, unless I'm pressed for inventory space and can fill that spot with something of a greater value. - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog
March 11, 201016 yr Always, it adds up pretty fast on higher level monsters such as gargoyles. I had 20k in cash in a task of gargoyles just from picking up coins. I do it when there are no monsters near by for me to kill though, so i usually kill 3-4, then pick up the drops, repeat.
March 11, 201016 yr Meh, not really, but I really should.. I'm ashamed of myself :oops:I probally will sometimes nao =-PI have a Black Demon task, so meh, I guess so, nothing else to do. Please click my dragon egg from Dragon Cave!
March 11, 201016 yr Depends on the NPC you are getting the drops from. Yeah it does add up, but over time most of the time I would prefer to pick up a potion or something to pro long training rather than coins. March 11, 201016 yr I always pick up coins on slayer task. I'm the kind of cheap player that will pick up any alchable (yes steel 2h and steel b axes...). I probably have picked up near 40 Mil in coins and cheap alchable since I started playing (34 Mil Hp XP). March 11, 201016 yr If I'm pressed for inventory space or something along those lines (example: abyssal demons), then no. But if I'm ranging and losing tons of money on darts, or if there isn't all that much else to pick up, then I will pick up coin drops either to somewhat offset costs (even though one pile of coins barely pays for one dart) or to come out of the task with something to show for it. Really, it all depends on which way I'll make the most money -- if the stack of coins is worth less than another drop that I could be keeping, then I just drop the coins. March 11, 201016 yr Depends on task, but mostly always. I make sure to try and collect enough to at least pay for the bunyip pouches I've used. dedicate your idle computer power to a scientific project.
March 11, 201016 yr Always pick them up, unless its like less than 10gp. March 11, 201016 yr It really depends on the monster, or whether I need room for drops worth something of higher value. So sometimes, yes. ...Also take into account that I'm too lazy to click on pretty much every drop for coins. Heh. [hide][/hide]
March 17, 201016 yr Yes I pick up my gp from monster drops. I even pick up the bones and bury them. It adds up :) I don't see how its a waste of time to get money to be honest. "It's not wasted time if you enjoy wasting it!"
March 18, 201016 yr No, because usually the item slot they take up can be put to better use to store an item worth more than the stack of gold. 'Tis I, 'tis Vindice, 'tis I!

March 20, 201016 yr Yes, I do, unless it's a tiny sum of money... >25 gold, maybe? "Those who give up their liberty for more security neither deserve liberty nor security." Support transparency... and by extension, freedom and democracy.
