School, Work, the road. There are stupid drivers, workers and students, EVERYWHERE. I just hate people that do stuff without thinking. Just post examples or RAGEE/rant.

 

EX: Today we went bowling for school. Someone was throwing the balls as far the could without touching the lane, and like 3 people were having a contest who could throw it the farthest. Well it got to the point they were literally holding it with two hands and throwing it like a baseball. I asked why are you doing that? They said because the hate the teacher and they were bored. Seriously...wtf? In the end the ball cracked. What the [bleep] is all I can say.

You're using one example to try and explain everyone. Not everyone thows bowling balls, drives badly, etc. No ones perfect.

No, I am not explaining a stereotype, but there are some people that do it constantly. This kids in my school are told at least 5 times a day to stop doing something is is blatantly obviously [developmentally delayed]ed.

 

And by throwing the bowling ball, it was going 3/4s down the lane.

Getting this upset about other people being idiots is a bit over the top, if you ask me. I would have just ignored the idiots throwing the bowling balls. In fact, I would have sat there and enjoyed watching them show off their lack of braincells. There are always going to be people like this, it is best to learn how to live with them, or ignore them.

 

I did laugh at the part where you said the bowling ball broke, though. :P

I agree with OP so much. Most people are just flatout stupid. I don't mean that in the sense that they don't do well in school, I mean it in the sense that they don't use their head in situations where common sense would save them a lot of trouble.

 

These would be the people that get mad at the teacher that gave them detention for something they did wrong.

These would be the people that, rather than wait for a red light, bolt across the street for their lives.

These would be the people that have no point of view of their own, and pretty much share the opinion of the first person they heard it from.

And who's loss would be that? They say idiots will only work at McDonalds, blah blah cliche blah, but they are going to live a month-by-month life at some sort of bland job, trying to pay for a Mercedes and go deep into credit card debt...if they're as stupid as you think they are.

 

Should be enough justification for their stupidity I would think.

I have so, so many complaints about drivers.

 

First, don't text/talk on a cell phone while driving. You may think you drive fine like that, but you aren't. You are [bleep]ing up everyone else on the road whether you realize it or not. Of the few people I know who text/talk while driving, they all think they drive fine while doing that. They don't. If you talk/text, you are driving badly. Without fail. There is no [bleep]ing excuse to put my life on the line (driving is really dangerous) do so you can give half your attention to some unimportant correspondence (if it is important you shouldn't be focusing on driving, just pull off the road). If all that would happen would be your death I wouldn't care what you did, but there have been so many close calls with idiots who aren't paying attention.

 

If you are going slow, stay in the slow lane. The fast lane is for people moving fast. It isn't a mark on your character that you are being passed while staying in the slow lane, don't worry about it. If you are in the fast lane and going the same speed as someone in the slow lane, even if you are over the speed limit, do something to get over. Fast lane doesn't mean go 5mph over the speed limit, it is just for passing slower cars. If you aren't passing, you don't qualify for the fast lane, stay in the slow lane.

 

The point of on ramps is to get up to highway speeds before merging into traffic. That means if you aren't going to same speed as the cars on the highway by the time you are trying to merge you are doing it wrong. So many people have problems with merging, and the only reason is they are trying to merge while going too slow. If you are at the same speed cars on the highway are going by the time you merge then even in the most densely packed highway the cars on the highway have to do very little to let you in. If you are going slower then you need to find a much, much larger opening before you can slip in.

 

As for city driving, there is no need to slow down if the car next to you is slowing down. They are just turning, don't be afraid, they aren't going to wreck into. I get stuck behind so many people who do this, both are chugging along at around 40 (failing the second thing listed above), then one starts to slow down to turn and the other, right next to the first but in absolutely no way affected by the second turning, will still slow down.

I very much hate stupid drivers (and most my friends are really bad drivers) but what I hate more than anything is people who think they're BA for speeding and driving recklessly. I had a friend(keyword, had) who drove like a plain idiot and got pulled over time and time again. And I drove just about 5 miles over the speed limit, not enough to be driving recklessly but still not too slow, and he kept saying I drive like a grandma. Needless to say, I ran his car into a tree one day.

 

Not really but I regret not doing it everyday of my life.

 

Another stupid thing I hate is people who are obviously too far away on a yellow to make it, but speed up, realize too late, then try and slow down in time, and end up stopped in the middle of the intersection. Or people who at a stop sign from a side road going onto a main one, pull halfway into the lane, don't they realize that cars have a front end and your seat should be about 3 to 4 feet behind the line?

 

Idiots, the worlds full of them. Time to throw a fist.

I spent 2 hours in an organic lab extracting an unknown from a drug. I tell my lab partner to weigh it and she throws it away after. I was at the point of punching her in the face... "we had to find out what the unknown is?" "WHY THE [bleep] ELSE WOULD THEY CALL IT THE UNKNOWN".

 

The freaking experiment title was called "Identifying the unknown of "XX" drug". :wall:
