How2PK
Garden State had a good one. I like the indie stuff, and it's just good stuff to listen to. Garden State had a sweet soundtrack, good choice. I don't know if I mentioned "A love song for Bobby Long" already, it had a nice soundtrack that really portrayed the bluesy atmosphere of New Orleans. Althalus
Crash is pretty good both movie and soundtrack. Most of the songs are composed by Mark Isham and a few by Sterephonics but overall it really sets this mood that I can't reallly describe. Just watch the movie and you'll get what I mean. Satenza
Has to be Leone's Once Upon A Time In The West. The best peice by far is Franks theme tune too, especially when he comes out of the bushes. *Goes to watch now* I wonder how many times Morricone has been mentioned in this thread :o With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.

'The Ecstasy of Gold' still sends shivers down my spine. Soundtracks where the music wasn't original would be Tarantino's stuff, or the This is England soundtrack is pretty good actually.
