I don't think it means that; you could pounce on a witch with a hunter, then pounce on a survivor. The witch would run at you, and the survivors would think it was running at them and shoot it, thus making it attack them.

There was an exploit for the Hunter & the Smoker, though there was two ways for the Hunter, and one way for the Smoker, to get the witch startled, which would attack then nearest survivor. They've patched these though.

 

 

 

Smoker is so awesome now though. People are having to stick tightly together, or they're screwed, lol.

 

 

 

It's also funny when a red and green person are together, and you get the green person, and drag him, thus the red person can't catch, or keep pace with the speed of the drag, which is really funny. It's not old, but it's much more intense now that the smoker deals damage while dragging.

I know I hate people who block doors/manholes/elevators. I mean if you can't get your kills honestly (Even though most of my kills are the 'Haha you can't do anything to save them' kind of kills) then you don't even deserve to play

I think it means that when you're in say, the Subways, the witch won't spawn in that tunnel just past the big ammo pile and thus be more difficult to startle than avoid.

I personally just go in the conor near the ammo and just spam melee while someone shoots. :geek:

I don't know what it is, but the past couple of versus games, like 10 or so, have been intense. I've had people actually using the potential of the infected(wall jumping, attacking from behind), the basics, working as a group as the infected...and the entire level of play has become intense.

 

 

 

Probably cause the veteran players are coming out to try out the updates though...:(

Veteran compared to the new players. I didn't mean it like old time players, but those that have done the 40-45 possible achievements, have done versus and such for a good month and have basically played the game into the ground and don't log in to play 6 hours a day like us do, or most...:)

Makes you want to get some of the easier achievements that have a low percent to be honest. Besides L2S, cause that's bugged.

 

 

 

Apparently vALVE release a L4D lifetime personal game statistics page that had stuff like overall zombies killed, molotovs used, pipe bombs used, witches killed, zombies killed per hour...etc, but it was too buggy so they took it down.

 

 

 

Lifestats also only count from when they released it, not from when the game was released, so everyone has 0s and such.

Been praticing wall jumping.

 

So the enemy team(humans) leave the safehouse and the boomer immeditlly gibes on them(level 3 on no mercy).

 

The smoker smokes another to pull him out while they are still cooping with the zombie horde.

 

I wall jump up really high and landed on a guy helping out the person being constricted, by the time the horde over they started shooting me, and a boomer jumps infront of them and boom! :lol: .

 

Things got really chaotic, but basiclly, winned### :mrgreen:

If you play with someone who can wall jump...it makes the world of a difference. When I started to wall jump, I'd only jump on the low parts of the wall, but when you start jumping at the top part of the wall, and then dive, is when it gets overly powered. :)

 

 

 

They don't hear you, until it's too late, and then they think 'where'd you come from'? It's also harder to be on the lookout for wall jumpers when you have a horde, or something else is distracting you.

 

 

 

Though it is quite easy to shoot Hunters in the air.

Count me in. I almost did Dead Air, but two of my guys left in the middle of ch. 3 and nobody ever joins when you invite them :|

I did the Dead Air and Blood Harvest campaigns with other people up until the finales. For both I used only bots, and it wasn't that hard.

 

 

 

Blood harvest you need to utilize the rooms on the top floor, especially with the tank.

 

 

 

Dead Air I did it with going to the far left area and hanging out there. :)

 

 

 

I only need Death Toll. :(
