in my opinion i think id would be better to have a larger update every month than just some dome quests every week...

well they get at list 20k a month so 20/4=5k so we are lukey that they get at list 5k for a crapy quest update that most ppl can do in 30 min or less with guild...

Do you realize how much context and design theyd have to go through to do this? What would you rather have updates every week or POH's but as your only update this year? think about it, jagex works on updates for you every single week, its kinda obvious theyll have trouble doing updates every week and having to do POH's ontop of it

It is still "towards" the end of the year, just the other side of it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And Carpentry has been in the game before.

Carpentry will be even worse than farming if you keep rushign them to get it out. Carpentry was supposed ot be out even before theiving. Look at how many other skills have come in since then. Besides I like weekly quests and other updates more than I'd like a skill that most likely will have no money making value.

I can remember Paul claiming that the 'honestly' was actually meant to be 'honestly we are working on carpentry' and not 'honestly it will come out at the end of the year'.

i think 1 of the reasons most people over look is the exact same reason why the didnt bring it out in classic, there isnt anything to do with it really, in classic they had beds (with fatigue) we no longer even need those, when they bring it out it will be big, there will be a lot of new animations, there will be a lot of things that can go wrong because of this, just be patient and give them time

I'm tired by many people always talk about Carpentry and POH, which it could be end as farming like many people still talk about how farming suck nowday after they did too much talked about this skill for months/years (I'm not one of them). But I don't want to see POH release soon for reasons. You can build your houses and play with your houses in The Sims game. :roll:

My assumption is that there is a SMALL chance that it might come out on the 3rd of January, since that's when the christmas update dissapears, but then again mabye not. But all in all i expect a update on that date since they've been dry on updates for a week or two.

I know they lied, but they did the same last year. I heard a rumor (nothing more i suspect) that carpentry is actuly coming out early early this year, like perhaps this month or the next. Just what i heard.
