you dont even need half decent stats to kill someone. You get 8 shots. Think about it. If you did mere 10s each shot the guy dies (or gets seriously pwnt)!

I used to use dds a lot, but I had to sell it back b4 I knew how to make good cash. I never used it that much because it always seemed too weak for me

I think the dragon dagger is over-rated :x

Overpowered, in my opinion. It's unfair that, but bluntly, if you're lucky, and JUST lucky, you can kill somebody, no questions asked. However, the odds this happens when fighting people with over 10 defense is so small it's not much of an issue, plus a little danger doesn't matter that much.

Personally I like a DDS the best. Pretty good stats, for a dragon weapon, hits high enough, great special, plus posion. Not to mention cheap, so it's good for clan wars, etc.

Ok, I was maging in splitbark body and full mystic, this guy 1 lv lower than me unloaded his spcs on me. Now my 80 def is fairly high for my level, but I still nearly got koed. I looked him up later and noted he had choob stats, with 80 something str and 70 att and def.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Plus the dagger only costs 40k and 1 item noobs use it to serious piss off some pretty decent pkers

I don't think it's the best, the best in my opinion would be either the scimitar or the long sword, for their endless consistency. As a second weapon though, it's unbeatable.

yeah dragaon dagger is only good as a second weapon... I've tried training str with it and itsn't not very consistent. I hit a lot of 0s with my dragon dagger than i didn't with my long or scimmy(when i was str training) its def a good weapon to have when you are using your whip cause the whip spec is so lame.

hes reffering to the dragon dagger, im refering to its max hit being 37 with fire cape berserker toktz ket zil climbing boots str ammy gauntlets. all the things that prove str.

hmm... i used to use drag dagger a lot... but it was just beaten up witht the release of scimmy and whip... its the 3rd best weapon thats for sure, and the best backup melee weapon

I think its not the best or the worst... the spear is definetely the worst :roll:

For anyone who says they "train" with dds, I hate to say it but that is a complete waste...when you train your there for xp, not to kill the monster fast so when you poisin a monster and the poisin does damage you don't get xp..thats a waste, if I train with my dagger for the special ( I normally use Battle axe) then I use a cleaning cloth to unpoisin it so i get the full xp off the monster but it's great for finishing people who have low hp in wild and great for ancients cuz before they freeze and run you can get 2 or 4 hits in.

Ranger's worst nightmare.

but for training, only good for monsters with 200+ hp that hit high, or many in multi comabt

 

 

 

anyways, great staking and wildy weapon, can max hit 2 16's with it, which is better than a whip for me, at my low lvl

I find dds is a great weapon, much faster than d long or d battle axe when killing lessers or even Fire Giants.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't have a whip to compare it to or a d scimmy. For me the dds rocks.

Annoys the * out of rangers and mages in wildy. :? And they can sometimes get lucky too.

I think its awesome in duel arena when no armour :D!

I love the dds, but if you're abyss pking with ancients, I suggest you Ice Attack them then unload all of your specs on maul because unlike dds, mauls specs are right away. You could unload 2 maul specs in the time of one dds spec. The maul also hits harder

and like how do you eat against that? lol my max is double 27's not the best but still... 54 in 1 hit thats harsh. it really suck to be like omg hes gonna hit a 54 run im out of sharks it just well dont normally happen.

the tip.it staff found out that with the speed the dd is better then a dragon halberd when thinking damage, and you can allso use a shield
