Yes. My whole family loves it, except for my dad. To be honest, I don't mind the smell. It doesn't even smell 'bad' to me, never did. It doesn't taste like it smells though. It's a bit of an odd taste if you've never tried it, but it's sweet (if you find a nice ripe one), with a creamy texture.

Stinky tofu is definitely stinky - it smells like a sewage system imo. Tried it for the first time last month. It doesn't taste stinky though, it just tastes like plain tofu that's been deep fried.

 

No idea what you mean by 'mala' dishes. Extra spicy stuff?

 

When I said 'doesn't smell bad to me' I was just referring to the durian, it's not like my nose can't detect smelly stuff.

I have a garden and we've been growing green beans. NOM NOM BEANS FOR DINNER!

I love having a garden, hopefully I'll be able to have a garden when I'm older.

 

Also, my lemon tree has gone haywire. About a month ago it was almost dying and was barely producing any lemons. Now it's grown so many lemons that the whole tree is kind of tipping towards the ground.

I like dem apples.

Apples, Pears, Bananas, Strawberries, dried cranberries. But most fruit is pretty damn good.

Green apples are infinitely superior to red.

I can't say I really like the taste of it (it has a really strong aftertaste), I'll maybe eat one when my family buys them (1 piece, not 1 fruit), but it's not something I'll go out of my way to buy or eat often.

I can't remember the specific name of them (MacIntosh red apples maybe?) but there's these red, shiny apples my mum gets sometimes and they're delicious. Really juicy.

 

At the minute I'm on a pineapple kick. Had a slice on a gammon steak last night then ate the rest of it for dessert. :thumbup:

The flesh is grainy and almost bitter, the skin is far too thick and is also bitter [in comparison to other apples]. Generally, if an apple is a bad baking apple, it doesn't taste as good as "baking apples", just I think that ...

 

Pink Lady is good though.

 

Also, white peaches. I strongly dislike them. Normal peaches are better.

Had a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake from this small family run bakery/cafe type place last night. It's probably on my list of best things ever tasted. I quite like cheesecakes anyway but this was on a level of its own.

ELK KNIGHT (I mean to say Adrenal...) WHY DO YOU TEMPT ME WITH THAT DELICIOUS FOOD SO?

 

But I definitely prefer crumble of the two. The texture is nicer in my opinion.
