SeyedKevin
Tell me about your New Years' festivities. Had an excellent prime rib with Yorkshire Pudding to celebrate. And to add to the festivity of the occasion, I'm back. Anyone miss me? Or should I cue the tumbleweed? Oh btw, very low in fat, tumbleweed. Definitely recommended Follow me on Twitter. God will love you.
Sam
Didn't eat all that much on NYE myself. I was drinking vodka. Food I can remember eating was pizza, and some smoked salmon & bread. A queer selection but delicious nonetheless. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM

lizzywizzy
new years festivities? Went over to a friends house for her brothers "party" had general party food, played just dance 2, got home by about 10:30 pm, had a bowl of coco pops at about 11pm and was asleep by 00:30. Such a hardcore partier, felt like poop though, hence the going to bed early. The joys of being pregnant. I didn't even cash in on my one glass of wine I could have had :) This morning I woke up and had sausage, mash, peas and gravy.... my dinner from last night, I forgot to tell dad I was going to Nandos for dinner with the girls, so had it this morning for breakfast... om nom nom nom nom!!! Zierro
I just had a hoagie with Italian dressing. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while.

Sounds like it came from the closet. On New Years Eve I ate.. GIANT candy floss and one oyster. I then threw up 3 times in public toilets and on public transport. A happy ending to the year. Sam
what's wrong with sausage mash peas and gravy... for breakfast? :-o Absolutely nothing. I should try that soon. I just had dinner. Spicy chicken enchiladas and ribs with BBQ sauce. Unhealthy, but I think I have a new guilty pleasure. 2257AD.TUMBLR.COM

lizzywizzy
yeah candy floss is cotton candy :) The only problem with sausage and mash for breakfast is my head was telling me I should have had something amazing for lunch, but that turned out to be an apple.. total let down! Wongtong
Carrots are delicious - only when they're raw though. After they're cooked they're meh. It's summer over here, I wish I had fruit. I was going to make a smoothie this morning but I didn't have any (good) fruit. I also realised I don't really know how to make a smoothie. Milk + fruit + blender = ?! Edit: foodwishes is my favourite Youtube chef. I made my first apple pie by following his video and it wasn't half bad. Hopefully I'll get to bake/cook more during these summer holidays. 8,180WONGTONG IS THE BEST AND IS MORE SUPERIOR THAN ME#1 Wongtong stalker.Im looking for some No Limit soldiers! I've had: boiled or stir fried carrots. Oh yeah, I had a lot of pomegranates and asian/yali pears when I was overseas. Pretty good. 8,180WONGTONG IS THE BEST AND IS MORE SUPERIOR THAN ME#1 Wongtong stalker.Im looking for some No Limit soldiers!
Dupin
I'm not a big carrot eater, but uncooked baby carrots are pretty good, especially with ranch dressing. I used to hate cooked carrots, but I've found when they're cooked with brown sugar and butter they can be delicious, and are also good in a pot roast. Skull
I strongly prefer uncooked carrots to their cooked counterparts. I actually like almost all vegetables raw more than cooked, with the exception of broccoli and all types of squash. Dupin
I like broccoli extremely soft. I'm not a big on vegetables, but I've found undercooked green beans in garlic butter (with garlic butter mashed potatoes and 16oz sirloin tips via Not Your Average Joe's) are heavenly. i_love_burritos
THAI FOOD. I've always loved it, but recently been eating more and more Par Kra Prow [stir fried chilli basil]. So tasty. But so confusing - Thai dishes one place are called something completely different somewhere else. It's annoying.

SeyedKevin
what's wrong with sausage mash peas and gravy... for breakfast? :-o There's something we professional nutritional advisors refer to as calorie overload. Rather than give tedious explanations I will draw it out. - Sausage: approx. 324 kcal, presumably you had four - Mash potato: 197 kcal, a full serving - Peas: approx 87 kcal, a full serving - Gravy: presumably you bathed the entire plate: 163 kcal This equals 771 kcal. The average BMR: 1860 calories, this is the amount of calories you burn simply from lying in bed all day - so, a third of that, plus the following. You probably burned 10kcal day walking,20 kcal other activities (such as breathing),1 kcal typing things on the computer,And 50 kcal preparing your sausage mash peas and gravy. This equals 81.62 kcal, and I'll generously throw in .38 of a calorie for pressing buttons on the TV remote. 771 kcal intake VS. 82 kcal burned. This is calorie overload, without taking into account other meals you may have had. I highly recommend you avoid sausage mash peas and gravy in the future. Follow me on Twitter. God will love you. Wongtong
Jesus, I'm famished. Doesn't help that I opened up tumblr and found pictures of donuts.
