I went out for Mexican tonight. Chips and salsa + higaditos + enchiladas verdes + black beans and rice + Mexican cheesecake = heaven.

Had reheated lasagna today. It's always tasty.

Just ate a heavenly roast dinner.

I put 2 cups of sugar, a cube of butter, 2T of cocoa, 1/2 cup of milk and some vanilla extract in a pan, boiled it, and made the best chocolate stuff ever :thumbup:

I've been craving a strawberry cheesecake for a while now. I didn't know there was two types of cheesecake, unbaked and baked. I've only ever had unbaked.

Yup, stuff :) when it's warm, it's pretty runny, like a soup kind of. It's awesome over ice cream. When is cold or in te fridge, it is thicker than honey, but not as thick or dry as fudge. It's really hard to explain.

People rave about that so much over here in Virginia. I myself have never tried it, but it honestly sounds pretty gross. (I hate tea)

Yeah, it's somewhat tasty but not something one would drink everyday. Definitely refreshing on a hot, summer day, but it's a little bit (too) sweet. I just happened to buy a jug-ful because the juice at the local store's a little overpriced.
