For dinner. Probably in my top 5 foods. I know I've posted about it in this thread like 5 times but dammit, I'm doing it again. It's just that good.

That looks delicious - what exactly is it?

Yeah, it's basically that. It's pretty simple to make but really delicious. I know I posted the recipe here once so I'll find that and put it into this post.

Edit:

Ingredients

1c broccoli, cooked

1/4c chopped parsley or 2 TB parsley flakes

2 TB finely chopped onion

2 TB prepared mustard

1 TB margarine, softened

1 tsp lemon juice

3/4 cup (3oz) shredded Swiss cheese

1 can chunk ham (not sure of the size, usually just use sliced ham from the deli or something in place of this)

1 (8oz) can of Crescent rolls

Grated Parmesan cheese

"Heat oven to 350(F). Combine parsley, onion, mustard, margarine and lemon juice, blend well. Add cheese, broccoli and ham; mix lightly. Set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. On a greased cookie sheet, arrange triangles, points towards the outside, in a circle with bases overlapping. The center should be about 3" diameter. Spoon ham filling in a ring evenly over bases of triangles. Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases of triangles at center of circle. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot."

I might try to make that ham thing, it looks delish. For breakfast today, I didn't have any food cause I was studying for math, but I had some Vanilla Caramel Truffle tea, which was amazing  Made the 90 minute drive to school a little better.

Lunch, I warmed up some turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, and stuffing that we made last night. One of my favorite lunch/dinners in the world :)

For dinner, I grilled tortillas in grease until they were crispy, and wrapped up turkey, refried beans, cheese, and sour cream with them. Also good.

Now, I'm eating/drinking a root beer float :shades:

The sounds kinda disgusting Sam. What should I have for lunch?

Raw buffalo on whole grain wheat bread.

We actually have raw buffalo at our house :) it's so good, cooked that is.

Buffalo is one of my fav meats next to moose.

I ate some wierd coconut bars (they tasted more like chocolate than coconut) that my mom made. I can't stand coconut and it used to give me migraines. I have the beginnings of a headache right now :wall:

How do people feel about coconut in desserts?
