tewas Posted February 1, 2006 Share Posted February 1, 2006 i'm getting from 3 to 8 a seed. and not using super compost :) well farming is nice skill combined with herblore, otherwise it's pretty useless 1500+ total 89 cmb; 1600+ total and under 93 cmb. 02/04/07 reached all skills 60+ under lvl 90 cmb. 07/19/07 reached all skills 70+ at lvl 93 cmb.Prayer is good for herbs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Using 11 ranarr seeds I was able to get 116 prayer pots which I am using at Barrows. 17m profit made and they're not even half gone. It helps herblore alot, and if your already high herblore you can make heaps from selling the good potions. 445(4) super attacks and 208 (4) super restores all from farming, very not worthless :D how many herbs per seed do you average? Sure you do get insane amounts of herbs in some patches, but that balances up with your herbs dying every so often. And no I never use nature ammy or "check on" my plants to see if they're diseased. But it's far from useless, as many people have already pointed out, buying herb seeds and growing them will overall save you money as opposed to if you had just bought the herbs. However, now that it goes hand in hand with cooking, Im going to have to start off again. It's very profitable and very useful. People just complain because they can't buy it as fast as possible.
