Usually it has something to do with skateboarding, if all the tricks in my run work out or something. knives669 Posted February 6, 2006 Share Posted February 6, 2006 About six months ago, I got mononucleosis (a sickness you get from drinking after other people), a really really horrible sickness that makes you extremely tired, no appettite, really menial tasks can make you pass out... (looking back, I lost count of how many times I fainted while trying to take a shower) But, the worst thing about it is, as the doctor told me, it makes your liver swell up, so getting hit in the abdomen could make your liver burst and cause internal bleeding. Well one night, while I still had mono, I was leaning over my computer chair as I do everynight, shutting the computer down, and my sister came running in. She immediately jumped on my back, pressing my stomach area into the back of my chair hard enough to make me cry out. I was in pretty bad pain for the rest of the night, and went to the hospital the next day. After a few tests, they told me that there were no complications, no internal bleeding and I hadn't damaged my liver.
