Christians believe that God is triune. He is three persons - the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - in one being. I don't understand it either, as such as arrangement is rather beyond human reason.

we need to eat other animals/plants (which is destructive) to survive, and we are built physically and biologically to reproduce.
