binns Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 i feel kinda slack for doing this, but i was at draynor bank and a newbie was saying buying stuff!!!! so i asked him how much money do you have and he replys 1mil. so im standing there thinking how the heck did this guy get 1mil so i asked him and he said he found it on the ground. so i went to the bank and grabbed all my junk that he wouldnt know about i sold him a zamorak mjlnor(or whatever its called) for 600k then i sold him a machette for 100k and finally i sold him my sara mjlnor for 200k and he was extremely happy and i was just laughing because he was so gullible. so you scammed a new player and now you are proud of it ! way to go... :roll: im pretty sure that i speak for the majority in saying your like are not welcome here arizark Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In Al kharid bank a couple months ago some guy was selling a ton of uncharged orbs and I was lookin to get my crafting up. Digging through my bank I grabbed my robin hood hat and through it up and accepted the deal... only I offered the robin hood as if it were worth 500k like the ranger boots instead of the 2.2mil. I was happy with the trade until I got some sleep and realized what I had lost. I was so mad, but hey, I made another guy's day :lol: . I'm always buying snapdragon seeds, name your price. He then said "No" i only need 30k, so i said "are u sure?". He said that he was positve so i offered 30k and accepted. A lot of times, I don't mind paying quite a bit extra to low level players. I have spare cash, so why be greedy? The guy selling ess was probably clearing stock, and decided to be kind. When I was doing my last alching festival I was in seer's bank the whole time selling to those ppl that buy quest items and laws for 1k. I must have gotten 300-400k by selling about 10k worth of things, lol. I also hyt'd and kept selling her quest items, I think I had like 20 random quest item things in my bank, lol (like planks, ropes, all the random stuff like that). I also did some low lvl merchanting. The obvious things like this one guy sold 10k bowstrings for 100 each. I buy them all, sell them on the forums 170 each. I'd also bought some other cheap ones so I sold like 13k bowstrings at 70 profit each. I don't try hard to merchant, but who wouldn't take up those little options, eh? One time a guy even added me to his friend's list and was buying quests' quest items for like 50k per quest. Some ppl are so lazy... and that's a good thing because you can abuse their laziness to make money :D Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. I went to the Duel Arena a few minutes later and sold it for 65M :P. At that time, 20M profit was nearly a Blue Phat, so it was a sweeeet deal. His post said 'Selling 2k cosmic runes 100k'. I usually pay 150 each rune, so this was cheap. I added him on rs, and he was online. Then he asked me if I got a rune axe. I responded with a 'no', cuz I didnt have one. 'Then you have to pay me 60k for 2k cosmics.' 'Ok' :) He went to my world, and I went to seers. He asked me if I had any deaths. I checked my bank and found some. I told him that death runes are 300 each. Then he accepted my 200 death runes for his 2k cosmics. I bought Full Ahrims for a friend that was training magic for 2.6m and gave that to her for free. Then I took the remaining 1.4m and bought 15 charged glories and gave them all away to the people I was cutting magic trees with. This was the day before Christmas, so it worked out :) I love giving things away. -Made 2.5m and gave 2m to some random guy who helped out a lower level player in Varrock bank. -The other 500k I just dropped along with a dragon dagger, my full rune, and a dragon long. -Made 1m and gave to a friend for her birthday. -Made 2m and gave 1m to two different people who I randomly came across. I told them to trade and that it was a trust measure. I offered 1m and accepted. They accepted, and I accepted second screen. They both freaked lol. I love giving things away mostly because I want everyone in the game to have fun. It should be a fun game. Not a game that causes people so much stress that they actually do something really stupid...(There have been topics about this if you know what I mean...people doing VERY stupid things). The expressions they give me are amazing too. "OMG.....LIEK WOW!!!!!111Q!!!ONE!!! Sometimes they ask me why I do it. I just tell them to spread the love. "Pay It Forward" if you will... All the times that I've mentioned I have been left with no armor, weapon, or money in my bank. I just start over, make some money, and sacrifice it for someone else's happiness.
