I rarely use it on rs, but on msn i say it quite a bit when people are talking about random things and I have no other comment. I try to say in "cool" or other short of things like that. They usually realize im not interested in what they are talking about pretty quick usually.

I rarely say it. I use smileys to show my emotions instead. :wink:

When it is quite funny I say lol, when it's very funny I give a lmao, when it makes me laugh in rl you get a rofl, gratz to you have gotten a rofl from me! 8)

i say it to make people think i care about what they r saying. I like them, or i wouldnt bother pretending to care, but sometimes what they say is boring as hell. Lol is just somethign i use to show that i am paying attention. Alot of people do it, i care about the people but sometimes i get bored, so to save from offending them i just say lol. I end up using it quite a bit.

I'm addicted to lol.... I don't know I just think it makes the sentence a little lighter. Everybody on msn told me my first impression was a guy saying "lol" too many times..

i lol around 50 times an hour but when i actualy see somethin funny i say rofl but if its a funny or poor insult i say lmao :oops:

once in runescape i had a "lol" off with mey friend...we said lol at least 800 time jin a normal 30 minute conversation, lol

If you ever see me say 'lol' in runescape, you have my express permission to beat me repeatedly about the head with a rubber chicken until I bleed!

That "word" used to annoy the heck outta me but I dunno what happened.. people get annoyed if I keep saying 'haha' so.. yeah.
