Big shark after 1.5k regular sharks! \

I'm now over 1100 kurask with no head...only 1 mystic top but at least 10 clues

i got crawlin hand after about 70-100 kills (i was there for slayer) i was usin ring of wealth tho

I GOT A BIG BASS ON MY 2ND ONE!! LOL! AT FISHING GUILD FOR ABOUT A MINUTE!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

GRR!! I HATE YOU!!!!!!!! :evil: I've fished up 600+ bass, with 1200 mackerel and 800 cod and still no big bass!

what i find extremely frustrating..im fishing 3k sharks, which according to your ratios i should get 12 or so big sharks. im halfway through, ive fishing 1520 sharks, and I have not yet gotten a big one. im not sure whether its just me, or whether the rates are higher.

kq head on 2nd or 3rd kill but the darn thing drops off to the side so i telled befor i picked it up

The rates are higher, but you have to remember that I guesstimated those odds just a few days after construction came out so not many people had them.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If I was going to estimate them now I'd go for:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1/128 - KQ Head

 

 

 

1/256 - KBD Head, Crawling hand

 

 

 

1/512 - Swordfish, cockatrice, basilisk

 

 

 

1/1024 - Bass, Shark, Kurask

 

 

 

1/2048 - Abyssal

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That does NOT mean you will get a KQ head after exactly 128 KQs, infact the chance of having a head after 128 KQs is only 0.63, chance of going 3000 abyssals without a head is 0.23 (Greater than 1/5) and a 0.09 chance going 5000 without one (That's ~1/10 people will go 5000 demons without a head) aswell as a 1% chance of getting one after just 20 kills.

I don't know if this will help, but i have gotten 2 KQ heads, during roughly about 650 kills. That 1/64 doesn't actually work for me, eh? :P

I got a KBD head on my 4th ever kill. Pretty lucky.

I got a cockatrice head after about 100 kills (on a slayer assingment) I think that was rather lucky.

i got a basilisk head on my first trip....then never again...its not in my house tho, i got rid of it thinking i could get the head back...you dont :D

I got 2 Basilisk heads in less then 30 minutes :P

Haven't bothered reading all the replies, but I'd like to post the amounts I needed for each item (more data for whoever is studying this).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The kq head I got on my 3rd actual kill (wen't on more trips, but on the 3rd kill that was mine, I got it).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The kbd head I got on my 26th kill.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And the Big Shark I got after about 5k sharks.

I got a Basilisk head on my first Basilisk slayer assignment. Wow, I'm feeling lucky now. *runs off the play the lottery*

well i got 3 count em 3 basilisk heads in 1 assignment, man i felt good,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

not gona get a KBD/KQ head for a long time though cos they scare me to hell and back and possibly halfway there again

Me thinks your odds for getting a big shark is a bit messed up. I've fished over 2k and haven't gotten a single one.
