Everyone is talking about how hard it was to get so high skills...

 

What there was so hard?

 

ROFL! :)) Well, I'd ask you that - it took you 4 months or so of p2p to get herby 44 xDDD (Took 1 month for me :DD)

obby capes, ledgends and god capes are all about equel in respect. Anyone who has been playing a while could have gotten any of them really...

Guess I'm a n33b then, as even though I beat legends AGES ago and have about 5 capes in the bank, I always wear obby, as it looks much cooler with verac and gives more def. Also, it's harder IMO to get 300k then to pray on everything in legends. :roll: Now, if this was classic, then legends cape hands down. But it's not... :-({|=

I think the Legends cape looks horrid, and the fact you can get better capes without wasting so much time makes it inferior to all other capes.

Anyone with a Fire Cape is obviously deserving of the greatest amount of respect because of the dedication and patience it takes to get. It took me 10 tries to get mine, costing over 10m in supplies and over 25 hours of combined time within the caves.

 

 

 

Legends Cape would come next because of the time it takes to do the quests and get the levels. The other two are too common and easy to get.

Why would you say pray against everything? The monsters weren't that hard. If you had to pray against them you suck.

Yes, i put fremmy above god. Why? Simple. The quest to get the fremmy clothes/cape is a lot harder IMO than going into the wild with prayer pots (usually bought) and blood runes (bought) and food (probebly bought too). I had a much harder time with fremmy trails (not all of it, jsut a few parts) than getting my god cape. Then there is obby, why should an obby cape be considered something to respect? "ohh, look at him, he can wear smethng with good stats! he pwnszorz!" I would much rather respect someone with a god cape than an obby cape. most of the capes that are worn are bought off of someone from forums or world 2. Or they get it by ranging or hallying behind the new gold rocks.

 

 

 

i will always wear my legends cape until i work up enough courage/skills for fire. I believe the legends cape should be considered something to respect.

I am arguing that the legend's quest is a joke, and it's harder to get 300k then to beat legends. When I beat legends on a different account on rs2, it didn't even take me half an hour. Takes me an hour (when rc'n nats, not to mention trying to sell them, which takes even longer) to get 300k.

If you have to go out of your way to get the req's for legends, then it's harder then getting 300k, but the reqs are so patheticially low that I don't see why anyone (who isn't lazy) would have to go out of their way to get them. I had mine way before I even considered beating the pathetic quest.

Wow, noobs are really desperate to pick apart my words. I beat this quest in classic, where there was no melee protect. :roll: I AM TALKING ABOUT HOW EASY THE QUEST IS IN RS2. #-o As I said,

I agree with Bloodveld, anyone can do Legends Quest, in RSC, you were like: "Wow, a Legend!!1"

 

Now ever man and his camel are Legends, so they don't get any respect from me because of an ugly white cape.

 

 

 

Also, it would probably take longer getting a cape from the Tzhaar than doing Legends.

Bloodveld - of course i read what you said, and it completely missed the point.

 

I agree that the actual quest is pretty easy, but to think that completing the quest itself is all the cape shows is ignoring the effort that you have to put in to get that far in the first place.

 

It's irrelevant how hard the quest is - it could merely be talking to the guy inside the guild - and the cape would still signify far more work than the the obby one does.

definitely agree on that one, since fire cape costs alot of money to get it (attempts etc.) and it shows skill, even myself, at level 117 can't defeat the 702 coz i get nervous at the end when switching prayer, yet a lev60 can defeat it, through skill, which i think is the most respectful cape ever.

 

 

 

legends you have to do lots of quests and effort to get it.

 

 

 

god cape is almost the same with legends, only less effort, giving it number 3.

 

 

 

fremmy cape you can buy without doing anything

 

 

 

obby cape you can buy without doing anything, but the sad thing is i don't think you need any requirements for one, from memory i even saw a level 8 with one, and that is really sad! and, it is popular, and everyone has one, the only reason i wear it is coz it goes with my colour choices, e.g. red,black and white - d chain, dragon gloves, etc.

I personally think people shouldn't mind other people's cape.

 

 

 

There is no point in calling someone noob because of a bad cape, I mean capes give less than +15 and also they don't respawn with you then you die.

 

 

 

Anyway here is mine:

 

 

 

1. Legends (I'm no quest expert, so this is very diffucult for me)

 

2. Fire Cape (This is my 2nd favorite cape, and yes it's cool)

 

 

 

I don't like the TzHaar cape 'cos it's better than legends' cape and even a level 15 can get it. Strange....... :-k

 

 

 

And also, I very rarily see people being called noob for wearing legends' cape they get respect. :wink:
