I never understood chewing nails, it is very ineffective for me. handed me TWO tissues to clear up. Picking and/or chewing your nails, for the third time, is a habbit that some people are born with. Myself, I have a very bad habbit and I don't know why I do it, I just do. That's like saying to someone, "Why do you touch yourself at night?" In that instance, it's something natural, similiar to biting your finger nails. For the 4th damn time, it's not because I'm not good at it, it's simply because my nerves are basically sticking out of my fingers, so that when I do pick my nails they bleed EASILY!
