Guest
Just don't follow unless there lvl 70+. Generally after that combat lvl players get over the immaturity factor and don't go running around yelling out...follow for drop party dropping fu11 R00n, and Ph4tS. (And yes that is a stereotype >> But I have seen so many low lvls having fake drop parties, it aint funny).
Chaos_Reborn
oh boy, Eelspremiers, you sure aren't going to like me. So if you see a level 81 dude with a red h mask shouting: "Follow for party", would you follow him? I do that all the time, but what people aren't aware of is that I haven't included what type of party I'm hosting, and the ones I'm referring to are crack or beer parties, or also hookup ones. Whenever it's a drop party, I don't include what I drop either, it usually ends up with beer, dough, or pot on the floor. Visit my Runescape comedy website, based on in-game screenshots. Stallion4589
IF a guy teles after telling everyone to follow for a drop party, ppl tell everyone to report, but is that even a reportable offence? no, holding a drop party isnt a reportable offence. but most of these people are just trying to password or item scam, so follow them and wait til the do something that is against the rule before you report them. Kill_Life
Ya, or before they tele they ay something like: "Cya losers!" Then you can report them for their offensive language. The_Piperess
That's not reportable ^, Kill_Life. Fake drop parties aren't reportable unless rules are being broken in the process. Also, it would normally take a while, so what the player said at first wouldn't show in your snapshot anyway.
Chaos_Reborn
You must not use any language which may be considered by others to be offensive, racist or obscene. This includes swearing. hmmm... It is kind of offensive for the person being called a loser of course. Visit my Runescape comedy website, based on in-game screenshots.

Chaos_Reborn
how are you so sure about this? It is offensive, but not reportable? Offensive language? I see a connection... If so, I guess I didn't break any rules when I hosted a crack party on Runescape \ Visit my Runescape comedy website, based on in-game screenshots. The_Piperess
I am completely positive. "Loser," "noob," "idiot." etc, can be offensive but they aren't reportable. I don't know how to prove it to you... Maybe you should ask Customer Support. :P The idea of hosting the party isn't against the rules, I don't think, but what you did then might be. You would know. thaimodz
I've made a newb drop party once, consisted of bronze-iron things and some tools, yet some 'noobs' still call me a noob for dropping them. Me: "It's meant to help newbs not noobs, if you are a noob then go away." [Admin Edit: Innapropriate Text in sig removed]

Lacarnaya
I answered this question in ony of my posts a short while ago Its not reportable by any means unless you POST it on the official forums, and simply not have it. However having a fake public drop party is NOT reportable. I also don't see how a drop party can be a scam. The dropper simply drops items on the floor. Period. No scam involved whatsoever, so long as the person does indeed hold a drop party, instead of playing the ever scamming trust game. I hold cabbage parties all the time. People use offensive language toward me, and then I'm 1 report closer to being a mod. All said, mess with their heads as much or as little as you please. world 1 is da best place to do it... ThurinEthir
I don't think they're reportable, but I just want to say one thing. When a person teleports with someone following them, the person following them will start to where the person teleported. So if the person having the "drop party" teleported the Wilderness, then everyone following him would start walking towards wherever in the Wilderness he teleported. So if someone was afk, not paying attention, or doing something else on their computer, then they would eventually be at where the guy having the "drop party" teleported, and maybe die. If the person died, and was planning to drop items at the "drop party", he might lose them to the person that was having the "drop party". So that could be considered as scamming I guess.
