Treasure hunt mini-game with a variety of rewards, including some new rare items.

Summoning spells - summon skeletons, demons, etc...!

A quest journal for you to read and recap what point you are up to in each quest. No more coming back to a quest after a break, and wondering what you are supposed to do next.

More random events, to give more variety, and lots of chances to win unexpected rewards.

More pets and followers with different properties and abilities.

Special organised game events on holidays.

Many new monsters such as Orcs, Lizardmen and more.

In game versions of our boardgames such as chess and draughts.

And are also planning on adding even bigger features, that really take advantage of our new engines abilities, such as:

Player owned houses - Each player will be able to have their own unique house. Use the new carpentry skill to make new/rare things for your house. Using the farming skill to grow herbs and plants in the grounds of your house. Build your own private party areas and shop areas, and more!

Clan support, to allow you to optionally form your own clans with your friends.

Mutiplayer castle arena for massive team based wars!

Randomly generated scenarios, where a new adventure is generated for you and your friends each time you go on it. Form an adventuring party and go on your own personal quest.

So there's lots to look forward to! We think the next year will be very exciting.

Rumour?

Im pretty sure Jagex mentioned it in a BTS a while back.

EDIT: http://news.runescape.com/lang/en/aff/r ... .ws?id=208

Check out that, read under "New Features and Skills".

As I look back on all of these promises they made, they've done really well! Almost everything has been reached except for Random Adventures (with your friends), the Clan Support, the Ice Lands, and maybe a couple other things but for the most part they've kept their promises.

And if you look at the combiation of the new group spells and the latest poll, it would seem as if they're building up to Clan Support... :D

Plus go and have a look at what Magnus Mortifier (sp?) is doing south of Fally, looks like summoning?

Maybe Lunar Dip. is the first step towards the Ice Lands?

Please, give examples, other than the guy south of fally.

Wouldn't Ice Lands refer to the area from Desert Treasure for the Ice Diamond? Not very expanded, but it sure fits the bill pretty darn well.

There are two necromancers I believe. Both in the same building and only one of them actually summons up some undead guys to fight you and the other is upstairs. Also there was the wizard from the Zogre Quest who was experimenting with Necromancy and lastly the Dark Wizard tower's main wizard at the top level. He's not all too summoning-esque but he is evil and he's bound to be up to something.

Also that one wizard in the basement of the wizards guild has his zombies, which seem to have been summoned, and it looks like it took place in the wizards tower as well, considering a skeleton attacks you if you try to take the skull from the alter down there in it's basement.
