Minime, fatuus es. You just said in one of your past posts that paying for RS, just for bankspace, is dumb. Since you obviously don't take the time to read what others have said, here is my past argument against the whole money issue:

To be honest not everyone wants to or can pay every month to be a member. Ever think of that?! I know it's not asking much to pay the small $5 monthly fee. A lot of f2p'ers though are casual players who like playing the game but don't play it enough to justify paying the fee. Some people might also want to build up their skills to high levels in f2p before they make the switch to members, but how can they if they can't store a freaking thing? Also, little kids have to convince their parents to pay for it, and if they don't, they are SOL. Also think about the members who quit p2p, and have banks filled with stuff that make it almost useless. It's at least these few reasons, plus many more, that Jagex and members with attitudes such as yourself, should think about.

 

 

 

We are not crying and spamming up websites. This is an organized thread, with a very well thought out idea. We aren't the whinny, sniveling babies that you are trying to emulate, and that you think we are. We make logical, intelligent statements not brainless ones. That's just spam.

 

 

 

I honestly don't care if you don't agree with us. I know that there will always be someone who does not. But it's just the way you insist on posting. You have insulted all of us, many times in fact. You're extremely hypocritical. You call us dumb and yet here you are, not knowing how to spell or speak like a normal human being. There are many reasons why someone wouldn't pay for membership. There are those cases in which it's not a won't, it's a CAN'T. Not everyone has a job/money. They should get one? What if they can't? There's something called a minimum working age. I'm pretty sure it's above 13 nearly everywhere in the USA/UK/Australia/Wherever. Meaning there's a good amount of RuneScapers that can't get a job. And some of them won't be able to have their parents pay for it. Many reasons why, no detail should be needed. Then there's the won't. If we have the money, why don't we use it and stop "whining", right? Nope. Ever considered that some people have more important things that a game in their lives? They might have just enough money to pay for all their necessities. If the game doesn't matter that much to you, then you shouldn't whine, correct? Wrong again. Ever heard of fun? Probably not.

obviously, he doesn't care about the names of his supporters other than the p-mods being showed. perfectly reasonable. who would? it just displays how many ppl support the cause. and wat would b the point of blacking out the name of a p-mod who isnt even online and most likely isnt even affiliated with the cause? he wants the names of the p-mods who support the cause to have privacy, for obvious reasons. every1 else is just friends/regular supporters.

Jackle, let's do a little math here... The original campaign thread was posted August 10th, of 2006. In my revised version, it says Over 10 months ago", meaning I posted the revised version somewhere around June of 2007. I stated that there were over 500 supporters. I'd estimate that we have probably totalled over 1,000 supporters from all areas in the timespan since I made that post. I'll be sure to update my post. Thanks for pointing that out. ;)

The people who can't afford 5-6 dollars are usually people that don't have it AFTER paying internet and electricity. You can get computers with at least 64 MB of RAM for less than $100 or even free... Also, the people playing the game would be preteens and not adults so they have more free time at the game.

As killerred said, some people after that can't afford it. I know some people, not me mind you, that do have everything, but can't justify or afford paying the fee. In today's day and age, pretty much everyone has a computer with internet. If not they must be pretty much homeless, because now technology is so advanced that, that a basic system is pretty cheap.

Over 500. I'll give you a quick brief history of this thread. Prankster used to have a numbered supporters list up. He ended it around 300. That was maybe a year ago, probably more. Somewhere around page 40 maybe. Right now, I'm pretty sure we're nearing 1000 supporters, if not more. By the way, "over" does not equal "are only". And thank you for calling us dumb again, shows us you're brilliancy.

If you were using "Dude" as an interjection, then you still used improper grammar. You forgot punctuation. If it was an interjection, you should have stuck an exclamation point, or at least a period/comma at the end. You didn't, making your sentence confusing.

Where did you get 57 from? And they don't have all F2P items in their banks. Going back to Moonshadow's bank, he's missing quite a few items. A few I noticed were talismans. A runecrafter has what, 4-5 of them? That pretty much completes his bank.

This is what I really feel - I am not against F2P bank space, I am against your approach. I find it immature that as you claim, that AT LEAST 500 people go around spamming the place up. You may say things like "It isn't spamming because of the scale of text relative to the amount of people participating." Regardless of whether or not it is true, that it is not a high amount relative to the amount of people participating, it is UNNECESSARY and will only get monitored by Jagex once people start reporting. It does not concern me whether or not mods support you. I have never been a big fan of moderators.

 

Do not misunderstand me, if you could find an effective way to get bank space, I would be all for it. But if you have been doing this for over 10 months, then frankly...It isn't working, and all it does is generate annoyances.

Regardless of whether or not it is true, that it is not a high amount relative to the amount of people participating, it is UNNECESSARY and will only get monitored by Jagex once people start reporting. It does not concern me whether or not mods support you. I have never been a big fan of moderators.

 

Once Jagex notices it, however that happens, our point will have been made. The entire point for a while now is to make Jagex notice.

It's too late to squeeze your way out. But if you really somehow do support F2P bank space all of a sudden, I'd recommend leaving the thread, thinking it over, and maybe come back to us with a few ideas. But I doubt it.

The people who can't afford to chip in 5-6 dollars or so for a game probably have things to be doing. Work, helping out, you name it - For sure they aren't playing RS. The only reason Communism came up is because you are thinking along the lines of 'Well if they can't afford it, we should give it to them.' Communism is a harsh system, I'm not saying its free stuff for everyone, but often in Communist countries, products are of a lower quality because most everyone is paid the same.

It has come to my attention that people continue to spam and flame in my thread. I'm only going to say this one more time. After that, any spame or flame baiting will be promptly reported. Do not post in here just saying "You dont pay, you dont deserve it." I'll just have you know that not everyone can waste 5$ a month on a game, and no one is going to pay just for some more bank space. Believe it or not, real life comes first, and real life requires all the money some people can get. If you must argue with us, only post here with a well thought out argument. Flaming will not be tolerated, and neither will the common spam. Keep arguments civil. Flame baiting will just show us how immature you are. Keep it clean in here.

I can only think of three things that it could stand for. The amount of space a F2P bank currently has, how many items Prankster listed in the first post, or the amount of items Moonshadow had in his bank. It's none of them.
