Another thing is aarone4 said that F2P should be more careful with what they keep in there bank and get rid of some of their junk. Well what about P2P (members) why don't they get off their behind and go through their bank and get rid of all of their junk. They probably have 3 times as much junk then F2P have! I have read the replies since my last post and believe that this needs to be said:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am not saying F2P don't deserve updates because if they didn't it would be unlikly that f2p would be there. I was simply saying that there are many ways around the problem of not having enough bank space. In reply to people who have said why dont p2p clear out their banks (one of these if penguingeek3 i believe) I think you will find that some do. If you can imagine all the stuff zezima has I'm sure he has to go through his bank every so often to make a little space so Jagex have thought of long time players who can't afford to get rid of anything in their bank by making more space for the new skill. Finaly things that are used for skills can be used up without having to be half finished. e.g. If you are mining and smithing then use up all the bars you make and sell the products and sell the ores you still have left over. This would mean that uncuts could be cut and then sold straight away or made into rings etc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In reply to penguingeek3 who said why did f2p get other updates this year. I did say f2p are lucky to be involved in events (meaning holidays please read properly before saying its a load of rubbish) and the only other updates I know of where graphical updates like the icons for the side bar etc.

 

 

 

I do understand what it is like to have none of the p2p benifits as i have only been a member for 3 months and for a year before that i was f2p and this made me so annoyed at one point that it made me stop playing until mid august this year. So please when people say that members know nothing of what it is like to be f2p (In the way you were saying that what i suggested about being careful of content of the bank being a load of rubbish) Please remember we have most been there and I never had problems with my bank filling up because I was careful.

Ok, I cleaned up my bank so here's what I have

 

 

 

 

 

 

Incase you don't know, that's a muddy key. It's kinda valuable so I'm not dropping it. Since I'm f2p ammy moulds are all i'm really interested in. I kept that other mould just cause I had a little space. I cooked my raw fish also.

 

 

 

As for my ores, mining is an ongoing procces for me. I only smith once I have a lot. I have to balance between profit and experience. That's why I have mith and iron ores.

 

 

 

I can't wait for my next clothes giving random, but I also dread dropping more items.

 

 

 

Anyway, this is my cleaned up bank.(with nothing in my inventory.)

Username I think that there is one more thing you can do to clear 4 more spaces and thats make those cuts into rings or ammys and sell them because if mining is one thing you do alot then you dont need to keep the gems and could make a bit of cash.

To arrone: Good luck in posting in the Suggestiongs section of the Runescape forums. I doubt that any members will care, and most will probably flame you saying the usual phrases like "You get what you pay for". If anything good comes out of it, it will be that Jagex takes a bit of notice. Make sure you give directions to where this thread can be found.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I have seen several people post their bank pictures. Those are some pretty good examples, but they arent the best. You have to put yourself in the position of an old f2per, that's been playing for at least a couple of years. They will have gotten many more random events than the average f2per, and most of the clothes are somewhat rare. Most people don't want to drop rare clothing that takes forever to get. So what do they do? they store it of course. And that takes up precious bank space that is needed for regular skilling. I am one of those people, and have that sort of problem.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Like I mentioned before, it's not just random event outfits that we need space for. The majority of the skills are f2p, and with those skills comes alot of items needed to be stored and used. We need space for all of those as well as random event clothing and holiday items. Now, holiday items can be dropped/destroyed and regained later. I already know that, and I do it all the time. But there are times when I want to get them and store them for near future use, but I'm unable to. I have to carry around quite a bit. At all times, I must be wearing a full outfit of some sort, whether it be full rune or zombie. It's near impossible for me to store everything I have in my bank. Having to constantly clean out my bank to store all of my essential items, is just not nessicary. We should have gotten more bank space a long time ago, with the newer random event updates and Stronghold of Security. But alas, Jagex once again fails to recognize the need for more f2p bank space. I am going to conclude this post with one more message.

And heres why : i just made a new pure, and everytime i go pking, I end up getting a full set of some random armour, mith, addy, sometimes rune, and i keep them, knowing that one day, I will sell these, but i just dont have the time. I just got the new halloween items, and i am sick of dropping items, even little things, like feathers, or cow hides, i cant stand it. And i think that jagex gives to much credit to members, i mean come on, they just got anothe 3 rows, and they complete neglect us f2p players, pures, noobs, pros, whatever, its not right... I think that one of the main reasons that i think that people become members is that there bank is overflowing with rare items, or other random things in the tiny f2p bank, but i know there are other great things for members, theiving, slayer, herblore, and MORE BANK SPACE, i just wouldnt be able to believe that Jagex, are/is neglecting their valued players...

I say jagex needs to get a stronger message. now we heer about an extra 3 rows for members I think we should be demanding the same not 12 but 46 more slots for our bank space. I meen reely how much space on a hard drive could it be if they code it right? I highly doubt it more than a few kb. and why should extra bank space be a sale pitch to become a member? if im going to pay $5 a month it will be becouse I want to see the entire world, do the quests, ect... not becouse I want more bank space. its time we uped the anti says I.
