I just entered my MSN email address on Tip.it, and not but 10 minutes later I get this email.

Do not fall for this scam! I can sense that this has been floating around for a while since .. it just seems old. :-k But i might as well bring it up incase anybody else recieves it and didn't pay much attention to SoS.

K, problems with this Email.

1. JAGex would know Soccaplaya47 is already banned... and the stupid mistake they made was calling me by Soccaplaya47 instead of Tad, and they didn't pay attention that they already addressed me by soccaplaya47 yet they ask again :XD:

2. They continuously spell RuneScape wrong.

3. They tell you to contact them via hotmail.. what kind of a giant company would want to be emailed through MSN.

4. Ouch, question number 3 they really screwed themselves there #-o

5. Can't really confirm this (and i may be wrong) but did they spell cooperation wrong?

6. The ending statement... let's see them try, he practically already is rofl :XD:

7. This Email address is 1 day old, and I haven't been on RuneScape for 2 days :D (owned pl0x?) As well as this would not be the Address they should address, nor do I believe they could really find out about my MSN address through my connection to RuneScape.

yeah, that's crap

"Dost hath not giveth thy name 'noob' to thy brethren...

...Or thou art must considereth thyself a noob as well."

As long as everyone remembers the golden rule no-one should ever get sammed like this.

Jagex will never contact you through any means other than the Message Centre.

The real Jagex also would have a comma after "however" and have a period in all other questions, not just the last one lol.

Isn't there some way the admins here can find this noob trying to scam people, since he uses this site apparently, and ban him from here? Jagex would also be able to ban him for account hacking.

DO NOT spam. Next time it won't be let of as easy. ~Philip K.

Funny how they can't take an extra 20 seconds of basic grammar to try and steal something you work on for years, eh?

Strangely enough, 2.5k posts as moderator and as a normal user and I've never reiceved an e-mail trying to scam me.

Ja, glad you are most intelligent to know not ever to give your pw etc! Yay, unfortunately most of the less experienced players may fall for this scam.

Even if i shared that, they'd have to pay $7 for my account (disabled for membership billing problems lol :-#)

Can someone confirm if this is illegal?

by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.]

Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.
