I find myself using the :P one the most, but graphically it's not my favorite really. I'm just used to using it on msn - I love how it looks there. It shows it a lot better than the tip it one does.

 

The violin playing one looks pretty cool. I never used it, and people kind of annoyingly overuse it when they don't need to, but I like it.

I like using all the classic ones, I never use the new ones. The rolling eye smiley is the only one of the classics that I hate. I absolutely loathe it. But I have used it two or three times when someone is being really, really, really idiotic.
