In duel arena you can no longer used a D B axe spec, leave a duel and go back into a duel with your strength still raised.

Wrong. You can still lose your pickaxe head.

A long time ago I collected tiles because I thought they would be useful in construction. I have since been slowly selling them at the stores. Until this week, I could note the tiles when I got them out of the bank. Now, they are no longer notable. I'm not sure why they would change this unless tiles are about to have a purpose. Anything untradable cannot be noted, meaning they were probably made untradable with that update

Prayer Potions now heal 20 prayer points! I've read the news and didn't see none of this there.
