You can just see the glowing halo and stars that surround me. Another person there had the prayer one. He showed me. It was a little buggy as the wings flapped way above his head. Anybody else play with this, I've only tried magic cape? Exclusive Legacy Mode Player He just successfully trolled you with "courtesy" and managed to get a reaction out of you. But these bugs don't really affect the game much, so i guess Jagex decided to release the capes, then sort out all the bugs at once, so that if they had missed any, they wuldn't have to go back and try again. IT doesn't do anything it in, the emote effects just appear. The pole would just show up.
