I joke around like that all the time. :shock: Like this one time... one of my friends "quit" and gave some stuff including a glory. So he logs on and explains that he's decided to come back and he needs me to recharge his glories. So I meet him at cw and go recharge them, then when I'm giving them back I give him one extra (the one he gave me). He accepts and I'm all "lyk dood i scamed u1!1111" ... Yeah. :? "you will be happy to know we have taken action against the person you reported" and, "you have been banned for trying to steal someone's password! this is a serious offence" i sent in a ban appeal and about a half hour later they sent me the "oops, sorry, you can have your account back" message. after that it was just pretty funny Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They probably have never even played runescape and have a set rule guideline they try to follow. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. And if you are scammed then tough luck, probally your own fault for not looking at the confirmation screen while trading or not reading the "common scams" page. Now be honest, think about any time you've ever been scammed, in the end it was your own fault wasn't it, you could have prevented it. Joking about scamming is one thing the actual action is what is not allowed here. You can't blame Jagex, they have to deal with thousands of reports per day, so I'm sure they won't spend so much time investigating the thing. A guy, now this is real, called his girlfriend and joked, saying: "Hey baby, I forgot the bombs on the airplane" (it went something like that). He got arrested and fined by the police even though there weren't bombs on the plane...
