Good luck to all! (Espically F2P'ers!) It's 'cause of the party hat. Don't deny it, the value of the item, not the overall appearance, gives that outfit it's real attraction :P . Basically, just picture it without the party hat, or with a cavalier or even something of more value. Sure, the red on the hat matches, but most of the attraction is due to it's extremely high price :P . [if you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature.] Fullmetal Alchemist, you will be missed. A great ending to a great series.
