A link to some pictures of bands at celidahs. (A "celidah" is actually a Scottish dance party.) 2. My profile on a forum for a webcomic I read. (I use the same username for a few other forums I'm on. Not the same password, though. : ) 3. Link to a post I made on above-mentioned forum. 4. Photo gallery of some family's trip to Scotland. 5. Sublink of above. A lot of other links about various and sundry celidahs. I did some more hunting and found out something interesting. As I said above, I always thought a celidah was simply a Scottish dance party. I found a message board though, discussing a newborn girl named Celidah. The general consensus on the board was that "Celidah" was a poor name choice for the kid, since a celidah actually is (a) like naming the kid "Disco" or "Dance Party", and (B) a celidah is not just a party, it's a party with free-flowing drinks. One poster remarked that naming a girl "Celidah" is like naming her "Kegger." If that's true, then all I have to say is #-o .
